Location

Dem Hotel is located in the very center of the capital of Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast. Within walking distance there are cultural and entertainment venues, the Russian Drama Theater, the Abkhazian State Drama Theater, the seaport, the Sukhumi fortress Dioskuria, restaurants, shops and markets.

At the hotel

Parking with video surveillance is organized for travelers by car. The hotel has a fifty-meter seasonal swimming pool, a restaurant, a summer veranda and a conference room with sea views. Breakfast is served every morning from 08:30 to 11:00. In case of a power or water outage, the hotel has its own diesel generator and storage tanks with water.
