Situated in the center of the city, near the old wall, it is the best place to rest when you have a business trip in Durres. Traditional breakfast and a homemade special wine in the evening. 
Main shop street is few metres from the hotel.

Nice hotel in the center

We stayed in hotel nais and it was really beautiful. Our Room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh vegetables and fruits, different homemade cakes and creams.
The staff was also really helpful and friendly. We could leave a lot of luggage and our Bikes there, while traveling on for a week through Albania. We also got helpful tipps for our Trip. 
All in all a really good hotel, which we can absolutely recommend! We are already looking forward to come back.

Wonderful Stay in Hotel Nais

This small and homey hotel is at great location, lots of restaurants and bars around. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The best breakfast we had in Albania. The staff is very helpful with everything.

Lovely place

This is a small hotel so not enough rooms for big groups or business meetings. But it is perfect for smaller groups on informal visits in Durres. Very clean, tidy and air conditioned rooms. The location is fantastic right around the corner on the main shopping street and five minutes walk from the lungomare and all the bars and restaurants. The owners are very hard working, polite, hospitable and warm people; available 24/7. They will try their utmost to make you feel cosy and at home and to have all your needs met. The lady prepares herself a variety of incredible Italian sweets (crostata-s) for breakfast that are really adictive. It is very competitive price wise as well. They could charge much more considering the location and quality of service.

Small family business, professional service

This bed and breakfast was booked for me by my company. It was delightful and an excellent example of Albanian hospitality. The people who own and run the hotel made me feel like a member of their family almost instantly. Thank you so much!

Family Feeling

We stayed here (me and 2 friends) for 3 days and the rooms, hospitality and breakfast were excellent. Wifi was free and available and the hotel is close to the main sites and port in Durres. Fully recommend staying here. English spoken. 

Great hotel and great people

I discovered this small hotel by chance while trying to find a place for the night. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and made me feel at home almost instantly. Staff that I encountered during the several times I was in and out of the hotel vas very professional and courteous. This is a family owned business as I learned,  and everyone serving the guests treated me as part of the family! A great display of excellent Albanian hospitality values! I look forward coming back at NAIS! Thank you for the experience.

A hidden gem in the center of Durres 

Reasonably priced hotel in the centre of the town. WiFI is very strong, when you eventually get the code. The staff are extremely friendly and the owners, a husband and wife are on hand and extremely helpful. Only one problem. It is cold tile floors and no slippers provided. The breakfast buffet is extremely good. Generous and plenty of choice, both local and international foods.
