This place was EXCELLENT value for money considering that we paid about $25 (US) per night. Nothing fancy but decent quality. Spacious clean room, large minibar/fridge, large table.  Large bed with firm mattress.  Bathroom had big shower but a small water heater (hot water was limited).  There was a plug-in radiator that kept the room very warm, also a Hitachi AC/heating unit.  Breakfast (included in price) consisted of egg or sausage with apple and delicious bread.  Tea was served when requested at no charge.  Staff were helpful and kind and spoke English.  Hotel Granada can be reached from the airport for less than $10.  It is at least a 45 minute walk to the city center but you can get a taxi there for $2. (Taxis are available practically everywhere around town.)  The Hotel is literally right next to a large shopping mall which has Yerevan City, a 24-hr supermarket; it's not a touristy part of town so the prices are what the locals spend.  HG is within walking distance of Victory Park and Cascade Complex.... Highly recommended!

Great value for money, spacious, a bit far from city center

The room was very clean with good service.
Breakfast was good too. Receptions were very friendly.
I stayed here for fifteen nights in October. 
The location was very good for me. Granada Hotel is near Yerevan City hypermarket and you can buy whatever you like from here. you can pay 100 drams to the vans and you can go the first metro station.

Kind service from the reception. Marie and sheyla are very flexible and helpful. Arranged our tour and recommeded best places to visit. Room is very spacious and clean. But have foul smell coming from the toilet

Perfect location!

I have booked the hotel on booking.com, I stayed in the hotel one night, but I don't know why the hotel declared on booking.com No Show. However  the hotel was average, or at least the room where I stayed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was not clean and there was a terrible smell from the bathroom. The fridge that was in the room was so noisy that we couldnt sleep the hole night.They should for sure improve lot of things. The receptionist was very nice and kind and the breakfast was ok.

I booked this hotel for 6 nights and chose this hotel based on the comments left by guest in booking and trip advisor. I was supposed to stay at this hotel during September 29 To October 5. When I arrived at the hotel they told me surprisingly that, it is not possible to stay at hotel due to the some problems regarding connection between booking.com's website and hotel's internal system!

Since I've booked this hotel 2 weeks before my journey and I had my confirmation code on my hand, so the irresponsible answer of the front clerk, was not the logical reason while I've booked at least 14 days before and the hotel's managers have enough time to let me know if there is any difficulties with my booking process. As it is clear they have all my contact information such as email, phone number and etc!!!

I asked the receptionist to provide us another room or hotel, but they refused my request and they behave us as unprofessional manner as possible. After couple of minutes arguing with receptionist they sent us to another hotel for 2 days and when we came back to hotel they didn't give us the deluxe room which I'd previously booked !!

Changing hotel and coming back again not only added some unplanned and unnecessary transportation during my trip, but also caused unpleasant experience for my family.

They day we back to this hotel, I asked them to give me to right room, they intentionally answered all rooms have same conditions! While the information in booking.com says completely different and it shows they just wanted to evade from their responsibilities.
