A perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday. I got the week to relax, reconnect and remind myself of what’s important. My mum, sister and I, all had separate rooms and were able to pick and chose the therapies we wanted. Jenny and Neil were amazing. Their passion, genuine care and eye for detail, shone through everything they did.  The food was incredible, the therapists were fantastic and the grounds really were nature’s paradise. A great place for the mind, body and soul. 

Fabulous 50th

Jenny and Neil were the sweetest hosts of the most relaxing place I've ever been to. It was so nice to have my schedule planned for me, beautiful and healthy meals made for me, and walks, meditations, and massages to top it off. It was exactly what I needed and so much more. I was able to reconnect with myself, food, nature, and most surprisingly; my purpose. And beautiful Chloelle gave the most relaxing massages I think I have ever had. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. I will definitely be back again.

I have had a wonderful relaxing week at Nature's Paradise with Jen and Neil.  They are so welcoming and giving of their time and energy.  You can tell that they love what they do.  I went there with the intention to relax and unwind and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  The meditation and sound baths were perfect. All the meals are healthy and delicious.  All this in a beautiful bush setting where you can enjoy walking under the majestic trees.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Jenny and Neil are amazing at what they do.
The plant based meals and smoothies were all healthy and delicious. Walking through the forrest was a beautiful experience and left us wanting more.

What a place to be indulged. The food, the spa treatments , the divine gardens, the wonderfully comfortable bedrooms, the bush setting but most of all the incredible hosts Neil and Jenni who make it their mission to look after you and to  treat you like royalty. The best best ever wellness retreat I've indulged in

Treat yourself to a "piece of Paradise"

We’ve had the most amazing retreat. Jen and Neil are beautiful humans - so generous and giving. The food is exquisite both in taste and presentation, massage treatments are perfect, walking in the forest blissful, sound meditations so relaxing, exercise with Neil very informative (and challenging!). The gardens are particularly tranquil and the library so educational.  Couldn’t ask for anything more! We’ll definitely be back soon. Thanks Jen and Neil, see you again soon ;)

Paradise found

I began my journey with a well planned targeted program specifically designed to gradually recover my physical mental and spiritual health done in 3 one week stays
Week 1 115kgs depressed and unwell

Lost 5 kegs graded exercise regime gym and hiking 
Comsumed amazing plant based food and engaged in unique meditation to focus on spiritual health - and of course massage spa pool relax
Neil and Jenny designed a home program to continue with for 3 weeks seeing improvements in health and well-being losing another 5 kgs earring plant based diet meditating and exercising program daily 

Week 2 
Physical programs with Neil increased in relation to improving flexibility heart rate and endurance continue gym and hiking activity 
Incredible menu and more targeted meditation 
Lost 3 kgs that week and left feeling alive and ready for life’s challenges 

Home program 6 weeks included similar strategies as before as to ensure sustainable outcomes 
Lost 7kgs improved work output and felt my parenting and connection with others more meaningful 

Week 3 
Neil and my goal was to get from 115kgs to 99kgs in 6 months 
I left that week 94kgs in 3 months and did not kill myself in the process. I stuck to an easy to implement program of nutrition exercise meditation and live for myself and those close 

I am eternally grateful to Neil and Jenny for changing my life and their care for me and all the other wonderful people that I shared the time with during those weeks all left feeling relaxed inspired and a fondness for Neil and Jenny 

I will continue to return to Natures Paradise regularly and enjoy my new life with great people in paradise

Neil Jenny and I collaborated on a holistic wellness recovery journey spanning 3 weekly stay program

My first visit to nature's paradise was December 2021.
At the time I was completely lost, I wasn't passionate about anything.
I had lost my light and my way. 
something had to change. 
With the help of my worried mother we made a booking. 
The whole experience was nothing short of amazing. 
The mix of the one on one training with Neil in the gym and sound therapy sessions with Jen, Lovley hikes and the amazing food. 
the way the whole retreat is structured, it all works hand in hand. 
When it was time for me to leave, I felt reborn, like I had a purpose. like I had found myself again. 
I didn't want to leave, I definitely knew I would visit again. 
here we are 6 months later :)
just finished my second visit to nature's paradise and I only feel better, more positive, more content with life. 
a 3rd visit will definitely be on the cards in future.
