What was good

not much. i even had difficulty getting in an out of the high step into the shower. Seriously wont be back!

What was bad

location of room to access from car was rough pavers that were flooded and dangerous slipery ramp smelt like wet dog and had disgusting carpet that has left me coughing and bathroom cupboards old and disintegrating! couldn't shut windows. Furniture very old and worn. reception staff ignored me for some time because they were talking to friends about a 21st birthday party. then rude and dismissive when i asked if my room could be near the northern end where ive stayed in the past because my son and daughter in law live next door to complex but they end up putting me right down the other end and seemed to share a private joke with each other about it!

The hotel needs to include what facilities are closed due to COVID-19 when you are booking the hotel. For example, the restaurant was closed and spa's were closed. This was not told to us until we checked in, however it is still advertised on the website as an included amenity of the hotel.
