Tony and Xun were more than accommodating. They catered to our every phone call and query on a personal level. Many brochures and manuals in the lodge, a great gas powered wood fire which made the whole villa nice and toasty on our arrival. Spa was great and very big. Showerheads had LED lights. 
not to mention each room is differently themed. Africa, India, China etc. We had the Chinese decorations. 10/10 highly recommended

excellent for couples

We came here to get away from it all over the Melbourne Cup weekend and had a FANTASTIC stay. The owners are amazing with their communication and hospitality. Our villa was extremely clean and well looked after. In short, it was tranquil bliss. We felt away from it all, yet extremely close to everything we needed...the main street was in easy walking distance, so we had ready access to restaurants (although there was a kitchen, we did not use it). We highly recommend Hepburn Villas and we are going to try and make this our annual getaway for a bit of peace and quiet.

Such a comfortable, quiet, great location

We had a mid-week wedding to attend in March 2018 and stayed in a Queen Spa villa named Reghetti. It was open, clean and spacious with everything one needs for a 4 night stay. The views through the windows were very pleasant and relaxing.
The welcome pack was excellent with the owners helpful and discrete. It would be a lovely place in any season with plenty of options for warmth and cooling.

Relaxing place and close to everything...

We came up for a long weekend in late September 2017. The owners were extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the booking process. The property itself was in immaculate condition, clean and modern.  The welcome hamper on arrival was a lovely touch! Overall a great experience!

Amazing property, highly recommend

We had a comfortable stay at the Villas.

The kitchen had plenty of equipment for us to make simple meals.

We appreciated: 
- great communication from the owners
- coffee capsules for the coffee machine, the drinks given to us, the packets of nibblies
- the location from Ruben's Restaurant 
- the bath
- the use of the code getting into the house rather than a key.

Some small areas that could be improved:
- tea towel in the kitchen (I brought a few of my own as I find that many places might provide one, but usually that's not sufficient for a few days)
- a sponge/cloth to wipe benches and table (although paper towel is provided)
- an extra bath mat or extra couple of towels. The floor in the bathroom gets extremely wet when having a shower. We had to use our swimming towel after mopping up the floor. (We didn't communicate this with the owners but I am sure they would have helped us if they'd known about the problem. They were very keen to assist.)
- a plastic microwave splatter proof lid. 

Pillow cases on the bed were unironed. This has brought down the overall score from 5 to 4 stars. 

Quiet stay away

It's the small thoughtful gestures that are memorable. Being Christmas season, we were gifted with a lovely bottle of red upon arrival. While I was expecting a modest breakfast starter kit - we had everything we needed (butter, jam, condiments including mustard, ketchup, fruit, crisps, tea/coffee, milk etc) for a few days away. The milk was out of date, however, the kitchen was well equipped with cutlery, crockery and utensils so we weren't having to do dishes all the time. The room was comfortable with a small deck and chairs to admire the bushland. The room was a little dusty and must have had pesticides sprayed recently as there were quite a few dead bugs and cockroaches on the floor (not good for a toddler!). While I wouldn't say furnishings are dated, perhaps a bit of a facelift would re-invigorate the space. I certainly enjoyed the stay, lots to do and only a stone throw from main street.
