Very good stay here at the ibis for what i needed at the time.
Very quiet comfortable living for the price and close to everything i needed.
Comfortable bed and quiet clean room.
Across the road literally got some good fast food joints oportos harrys pies and peas and the kebab shop otherwise a minute or two walk from kfc and maccas if in fix of a good meal and dont want to drive other wise vending machine on the groundlevel if not very picky
Counter staff were fantastic and helpful even when i had to check out a day earlier due to unforseen circumstances even let me know that my phone charger i left behind in a rush would be put out the back which even idk when ill swing by again this year but the thought and gesture was enough to show good form from the manager!


Great stay

I travelled to Sydney from Melbourne on personal business and needed to stay somewhere in a hurry, I had spoken with the assistant manager by the name of Luke prior to travelling as an emergency backup. My plans went south when I arrived in Sydney so I drove to the Ibis Motel in Campbellfield where I met Luke who was Exceedingly friendly, helpful and professional, whilst I was staying there Luke was only to happy to help with any questions and challengers I faced and this was all whilst training a new staff member by the name of Jo. Jo is a lovely addition to the team as she presented in the same manner as Luke and seemed to be quickly adjusting to her new roll as part of the check in and out team. I have spoken to nearly all of the staff there and I cant fault any of them as they all conduct themselves in the same way as Luke, I would highly recommend this as a first choice accommodation if you are on a budget as it is the cheapest place I could find, thank you to all of the staff for making life so much easier during my stay. warm regards Brian.

The staff and value for money

Great stopover hotel to knock a couple of hours off the trip to snow fields from Newcastle.
Very basic but clean and easy to hit the road straight onto freeway.
Couple of fast food joints to eat at and a Harry De Wheels 50m away.

Pit stop to snow

This is a budget hotel, but I found it value for money. The bed was comfortable and clean, the water for the shower was hot, and the TV worked. I arrived later than expected due to flight delays but the follow up by the Customer Service staff was great, making contact to understand when I would arrive, and helped with giving me directions as I was travelling by train from the airport, then walking from the recommended train station. The Customer Service staff in the morning were also helpful with my requests for a taxi service and a place to go for breakfast. For a budget hotel this was definitely value for money.

Overall cheap but ok

I have been in the ibis since 9th July and will probably be here until the end of August or September, thanks to COVID-19 and the inability to travel.  I am sure that based on current experience, the management and staff will make the stay very bearable.  All reasonable requests are handled quickly, positively and without fuss.  The room is very comfortable and the hotel is in an area serviced by a multitude of restaurants at varying price levels from MacDonald's to fine dining.  10 minutes to a train station and shops.

Value for money...

Easy to book, friendly and helpful reception, quiet, clean though basic room, with plenty of parking at front.  Good for a restful night's sleep, but not long stay.  Essentially, you get what you pay for in this good, budget hotel.

A handy inexpensive hoyel

Booked in for 1 night due to its location but also the very low price.

Located nearby are an assortment of restaurants and fast food outlets. The room itself was basic, with a small TV, very loud air con unit, and a wash basin with mirror etc in the same room as the bed.

The bathroom was an all-in-one type plastic cubicle - including shower and toilet. It was very much dated and all a bit weird to be honest. Water pressure was fine, and hot, which was good. Bed was actually quite comfortable.

You get what you pay for, and for what it was, it was value and I have to admit I seltp well - but It was probably more due to the fact I had a very busy day! I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Basic, cheap accommodation

The hotel location is quite good as it is nearby some eateries. Check in process is smooth, just that there is no lift and we have to carry our heavy luggage up to 2nd storey. Parking lots available for guest, wifi is strong. The rooms are clean, but toilet is a bit too small for us, the power socket located beside the wash basin, may want to consider the power socket location though.

The staff at ibis Budget Campbelltown were the main reason that the stay was bearable.  There is nothing wrong with the facilities and they are as you would expect in a budget hotel.  I was in-house from July 1st 2020 until February 11th 2021.  Management and staff made every effort throughout my stay to make sure that I had everything that I needed and they were working under COVID-19 restrictions for the entire time that I was in-house.  To Jim, Teuila and the rest of the staff, a big thank you.
