The location was an easy walk to the CBD if you have moderate fitness, close to trams and trains. Nice Cafes close by in Richmond. The staff were pleasant. The car parking was free. The rooms were spacious and light. Bed was comfortable. For the price I paid, I would stay again.
What was bad
The shower over the bath is no good, the bath needs to be removed. The non slip bath mat and the cover of the fan in the bathroom were filthy.
