I arrived after midnight with a very cranky taxi driver saying this is to close and you pay me extra. Yes the B and B is on minutes from the qantas terminal but after a long flight what a blessing. The owner had made arrangements to leave a key out for me due to my late arrival. Not only was I checking in late but leaving again early and he had kindly offered to drive me to the airport again at 5.30am and had packed a lovely breakfast box. This place is perfect stopover and so convenient. Service is a pleasure. 10 out of 10.

Wonderful service for my fleeting visit

This is our second stay at Aarn House, just down the road from the Airport, was only 5 minutes by taxi and $15 cab charge.
The rooms are amazing, with a cool theme  to the rooms (King room is an Elvis theme etc). Rooms have their own toilet shower.
Hosts are very helpful and accommodating.
This is a great place for a group or family needing up to 4 rooms .
Great breaky  as well, and highly recommend staying here if needing a place near the airport.

We booked 2 rooms at very short notice due to travel plans being changed because of Coronavirus. Jon and Hilary were so welcoming and helpful we wished we could have stayed longer! I can definitely recommend their lovely B & B to anyone visiting Perth and would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful

We stayed at Aarn House as we had an early flight to catch. What a great decision. This is a lovely place to stay and Hilary and Jim could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our room and bathroom were perfect and the bed extremely comfortable and the shower excellent. There was a fridge in our room, tea/ coffee/ biscuits etc but we also had access to a kitchen and comfortable lounge room, it just felt like being at home only much more tidy!  The breakfast was delicious and very generous and Hilary also cooked us particularly good scrambled eggs. We really enjoyed our time talking with Hilary and Jim and also the company of the other 2 guests at breakfast.  Aarn House is located a very short walk from the Swan River where I enjoyed a wonderful morning's walk. The walk goes for kilometres beside the river away from the roads, houses, traffic etc but just the company of birds, other walkers, joggers and some early morning kayakers on the river itself.  We look forward to a return visit when life takes us to Perth again.

Fabulous accommodation near the airport

Stayed one night but very impressed with the facilities and the owners. Very friendly and helpful. Great rooms and well planned B&B. Good location to airport and easy to find. Will definitely use again and definitely recommended.

Lovely place for a stay

An absolutely wonderful and homely place for a night before or after a long trip by air.
Our hosts were delightful and extremely helpful and friendly.
Close to restaurants if required and comfort is a feature of this olde worldly but actually fairly modern property.
This will be our overnight place of preference on future trips to Perth.  It is about 5 minutes to Terminals 3 and 4 and not much further to T1 and T2.
Wonderful breakfast in the morning, and if required our hosts could have provided an early meal.
Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

Perfect for overnight stay to access airport

This is a wonderful place to overnight. So clean and welcoming.
The hosts are accommodating, friendly and generous. I arrived late and had to leave very early again due to flight times. I was welcomed late in the evening and provided with a packed breakfast.

Overnight stay

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here before going to the airport nearby for my flight home. Everything was of exceptional quality. Owners were incredibly kind, helpful and up for a lovely chat about our and their travels. Would certainly come back here if I travel to Perth again.

Very homey and comfortable

After leaving original accom early because of drunken behaviour of others and unstisfctory air cond, we called  at Aarn House before9am to see if they had a room. The house is lovely. Home from home with freedom to use most rooms and a great welcome Every facility if you wish to self cater but why when you get a cooked or continental breakfast included. All previous hassle forgotten. Wish we could stay again.

Desperate for a room after bad experience elsewhere.

Aarn House is a great place to stay! Hilary and Jim are doing there very best to make one feel good. Very clean room and beautiful kingsize bed, good breakfast, all you need in the bathroom. Aarn House is about 20 min. taxidrive from intern. airport but a shuttlebus takes you to domestic airport which is only  5 min. drive away, or 15 min walk. Also 15 min. walk from Britz/ Maui/Mighty. Busses to Perth in front of Britz. Could not be better. ☺
