Boutique hi rise in Main Beach. Lovely apartment-clean, light and airy. Aircon in bedrooms. Great pool and BBQ areas. Very quiet. Walkjng distance to beach and shops at Tedder Ave. Can walk along the beach to Surfers Paradise and only two blocks to the light rail station.

Leisure Trip

We have stayed in unit 8 on a number of occasions. It is a clean, modernly furnished, two bedroomed apartment and whilst not luxurious, is very conveniently located close to the surf and Tedder Av., shopping centre. The second bedroom is probably better suited to older kids as it is separated from the living room by wooden shutters. It has two good sized bathrooms, laundry and kitchen facilities and receives cross breezes from the two balconies. The main balcony overlooks the BQ,spa and pool area and parking is available in the basement carpark.
I would recommend this apartment as affordable accommodation in a desirable location

Very convenient family accommodation

We had unit 8 and it was spacious and airy. No Aircon or cable TV but not a biggie for us. Unit was well outfitted with good sofas and large screen TV with DVD player. The block is only a few minutes walk to Tedders avenue entertainment strip which has a number of bars and eateries. 

The unit would easily accommodate four adults but the second bedroom's timber shutters are bit dodgy to slide. Bath has in built spa to. We enjoyed our three night stay here as did our friends who visited us.



Affordable and well located to Tedders Avenue amenities

Stayed ther with family of 4. spacious and had all you needed. Basic decor (no frills) but clean. Second bedroom was separated by wooden shutters from the lounge, therefore children unable to sleep if the TV was on or we spoke as they said it was like being in the room with us. We then had to go to bed very early. 
the manager was pleasant when we eventually found his location which is in another apartment block which backs on to the seychelles, however, our first morning there, at 0830am, he entered our apartment whilst we were still in bed, (jetlagged )and woke my 14 yr old son up who wonderde what was going on saying he needed to get on the balcony as the next apartment was flooded by rain. He was polite but had still entered without our consent.The first I knew was my son told me when i got up. We then feared he would enter at will during our stay. 
We were located on the second floor with no views, which was not a problem. The spa was extremely hot and the pool was very cold. 
Price was 140 per night and it was peak season. 
I would stay there again though as it is a reasonable location and we dont spend much time in the accommodation anyway.

reasonable accommodation with pitfalls

Two bedroom apartment, obviously privately owned, with old TVs and paint in the closet. Dirty crockery and no dishwashing powder (despite a dishwasher being present) or even dishwashing liquid to handwash.

One flat pillow each in the main bed and I had to clean the outside table before we could use it. Outside furniture was obviously old, and not clean.

I bought my accommodation on last minute, if I'd paid full price I would have been very upset.
