This is a lovely place in a great setting, Villa was spotlessly clean had pretty special views, was  private  spacious,comfortable and had all amenities we needed.
Lovely friendly staff,especially Amy.
Having the restuarant nearby was an added extra. We hope to return for another holiday soon.

A place to return to

Great location, fantastic outlook, huge veranda to enjoy breakfast or afternoon drinks, superbly appointed, very comfortable bed, extremely clean and tidy. (I almost wanted to move in)
Check in was easy, service was friendly. 


Fabulously appointed accommodation, I wish we could’ve stayed longer.  I guess we’ll have to visit again in the future..

The views and the balcony are everything! It is so nice to sit outside and enjoy the deck overlooking the boats and the sunsets. 
Such a great hidden gem that was such a pleasant surprise. The villa is set up with everything you might need and was kept very very clean. 
There is room enough for everyone if you want to stay with the family or friends. Located centrally and the foreshore walk along Tin Can Bay was a lovely way to spend the day then come back and enjoy the evening from the villa deck. 

Peaceful place to stay

Love this place & have had a few wonderful stays here. Spotlessly clean, well-equipped, peaceful, handy location. However this time we were in #10/ Palau villa which we found did not have WiFi despite a “recent upgrade”. It did matter to us as hubby has “brain fog” with his advanced cancer, fatigue, cannot concentrate to read or watch TV, or walk much. He anticipated a few days in his favourite place sitting on deck with Marina views & his iPad or watching automotive shows or old movies on Netflix or YouTube. So our stay was a bit disappointing but not through any fault of management. We should have specifically asked for WiFi. The wet weather & midges kept us indoors more than planned but we had lovely views and were close to shops & eateries.
Tip: for WiFi reception, stay in villas close to gate (Eg Tahiti or Seychelles) and not Palau.
Bed pillows are quite high and solid.
In wet weather most of the decks are wet so bring an old towel to dry your feet as you enter,
No dryer in villas but the laundry at the nearby caravan park used to be available for the public.

NOT ALL VILLAS HAVE WIFI

We are just on our way home from spending a week at Tin Can Bay Marina Villas. What an awesome place to stay! Right on the Marina - our villas positioned perfectly so that we could both see and easily access our boats. The villas themselves are modern, clean and very comfortable. Facilities are first class and Managers Kathryn and Dave are the perfect hosts. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, especially Kathryn who is absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I would highly recommend staying here either on your way to Fraser Island or for a peaceful getaway on the water. Five stars!

Awesome family holiday.

This small resort is in an ideal location right on the water at Tin Can Bay. We were recommended to stay here by our family & we were definitely not disappointed. 
We tried to book online for two nights & it looked as though we were out of luck so we telephoned instead. We left a message & within minutes Kathryn had called me back saying there was availability & at a very good rate. On arrival in Tin Can Bay Kathryn was there to meet us & provide us with all the information we needed.
We were put in Palau, a two bedroom villa, which was stunning. The furnishings were beautiful in the sitting area & in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing with double wash basins & even a double shower!! A first for us!! 
Unfortunately the on-site bar & restaurant was closed for refurbishment but the local supermarket provided us with the necessary ingredients for meals & it was lovely to sit on the verandah & watch the sunset before having a meal out there.
There is a pool across from the villa which was well maintained, as are all the garden areas. There is ample parking at each villa & a security gate is fitted.
This was a very well maintained resort which we would highly recommend & we would certainly return in the future. We were disappointed we could not prolong our stay for a few more days.

Two night stay in Tin Can Bay

Firstly Kathryn is amazing, she assisted with our booking initially and made our stay just that little bit better. The location of these villas overlooking the water / Marina is stunning, the villas themselves beautifully fitted out but the winner is that balcony and the gorgeous view....
So relaxing.... I will definitely be back...

Stunning location - a wanderful getaway

We had a lovely stay here. The accommodation was clean and modern. The pool area and grounds were well maintained. The view out over the water from our deck was peaceful. On-site manager (Kathryn) was very friendly and helpful.

The kids enjoyed the trip up the road to dolphin feeding at Barnacles (and the great playground next to carpark) and we made the short trip to Rainbow Beach to the Sand Blow and another great playground with flying fox and skate park. 

There were some midges, so we’d recommend rid.

Would recommend

Beautiful Accommodation right on the Marina.  Had a phone call when our room was ready to check in (2 hours early).  Our room was lovely and clean and plenty of space.  Would have loved to spend a week. Can't recommend this place highly enough.  Comfortable bed, twin beds in another room, lovely kitchen, separate dining area, lounge and huge deck. 

Beautiful Accommodation 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very quiet, relaxing and secure. Great view overlooking the Marina and its boats, and also sunsets. Walking distance to many eateries but the kitchenette in the unit is also well equipped for cooking your own meals. Spotlessly clean with all amenities. Double showers and basins and a second toilet were a great idea. Very refreshing salt water pool with a waterfall. Well worth paying a little bit extra to stay here. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Villages in this area are famous for midges - normally attracted to me but I had no problem with the midges during our stay - possibly as we had good breezes. All doors and windows are well screened. If you need more than one pass key, ask for it when checking in otherwise you will need to plan to always use the entry gate together.
