We had everything we needed in the cabin that was clean. The booking in via phone was easy and lady helpful. Sorry I don’t know her name. It was around the middle of the day 19/12/2023. Thank you for an excellent stay. 

One night but highly recommend. Looks good for caravans as well. Drive through sites. 

Literally just off the highway, we stayed in a clearly new cabin with our two golden retrievers. 
It was affordable, very clean and a lovely stay. 
The gentleman at reception was friendly and made us feel welcomed. 
Super easy check out and was all paid via bookings.com before we arrived. 

Not a complaint, more a consideration, we could have done with a second pillow each. They had plenty of storage and I see there would be no issue to pop two pillows in one of the cupboards for guests to use if they like. 
Other than that, absolutely no complaints, would definitely stay again.

Right off the highway

I stop here regularly to recharge my electric motorbike. These guys are always friendly and easy to get along with. Great little whop with good bunch of emergency supplies at a very reasonable price. Pleasant and extensive public areas well appointed. Fun catch and release fishing and other activities.
Very close to freeway, so a little bit of drone from that.

Friendly and flexible

A good stopping point on our way North from Canberra. The cabin was basic but the beds were very comfy and the showers hot. Check8n was no fuss over the phone. Biggest downside is getting in and out off the highway. There is no direct entry, need to do a U turn North and South of the entrance.

Break the trip

We arrived here in absolutely torrential rain after driving for 8.5hrs towing our big van. The owner was amazing. She was so helpful and efficient in getting us booked in quickly. What a great place to stop. We will definately stop here again next time we travel in this area.

Great Stopover

Resorted to a sleeping pill and ear plugs to get a good night's sleep. 
If you have a hearing problem then there is no problem.
The gents amenities need a bit of maintenance.
The location is excellent as a stopping off place, on your way north or south.

M1 Noise could spoil such a stay

Right on the Pacific Highway this park offers a great location for an overnight stop on the way down the highway to Sydney. 

Unpowered site $29. Had to book and pay over the phone as the office closes at 5pm.

Basic amenities. Some road noise due to the proximity to the highway. Lake with water activities for the kids as well as fish and release for $10. Pet friendly. Great for stargazing as minimal light polution.

Good location for overnight stop

This park is in great position for caravanners  travelling  from north to south. Large enough for big rigs, takes pets, just off the highway, traffic noise not too great, friendly staff who show you to your site.
BUT the amenities are woeful. In need of cleaning and upgrading!
Would make a huge difference.

Good position but needs some TLC

Called for a request. Never have been spoken to so poorly as a customer. Extremely rude, cut me off while speaking and talked down to. Cancelled our stay immediately as I can only imagine how they would treat you face to face!

Don’t book here, after reading the rest of the reviews I think we saved ourselves from a truly disgusting experience. 

These people shouldn’t be in hospitality.

Worst service

Stopped here for an overnight stay on Christmas Day , we had a powered site booked ,daughter had a cabin.
Our ‘site’ wasn’t a site nor powered , which is ok as we are fully self functional however when that’s what you pay for , that’s what you expect.

The cabin .... absolutely disgusting! 
It smelt terrible! 
NO HOT water AT ALL!!!! 
NO plug for the sink 
The air conditioner smelt filthy , no screens on the windows! 
looks nice and inviting from the road WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN !!!

Management didn’t even seem too sure about anything 
Very very disappointing.
And no email address to contact
