We enjoyed our trip to Salzburg, and we are very happy to have found this place to stay. It was in a terrific location, parking our car nearby was easy, and it was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, and at a great price with a pool to keep our child happy, too. It was quiet in the evenings, so we had no trouble getting a good night’s sleep, and it was clean and modern with a small kitchenette that was perfect for us to make our own breakfast. The folder had invaluable information to make our stay even more comfortable and fun with recommendations to local restaurants and stores as well as manuals for the appliances. If we come back to Salzburg, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay


 · Great location. Room was very clean and modern. The whole process from self booking in to booking out all very straight forward. Our room came with a terrace which was an added bonus. The bed was very big and soooo comfortable. Will definitely return.
 · Maybe a safety mat for bath? Very slippery ( as are all baths) when using the shower.


Great location for 2 night stay 

We loved our stay at Room 5 apartments, check in was easy and everything was perfectly clean, we had the Riverside room, the terrace and stream at the back was lovely. It was quiet and an ieal location only a short walk to the old town. Would stay here again next time we are in Salzburg.

Very nice, clean and convenient residence.  Instructions to get there & how to enter the place is great & very efficient. Loved the place and the water spring running down the balcony. Peaceful, spotless despite the small size. I would go again any time. Thank u for making life nice & easy 👍🏻

Austria trip

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Salzburg. The owner reserved a parking space next to the building, 15 Euro per night. The check-in and room access was exactly as described by the owner, very clear and easy to understand, After settling into the room we walked to the main area of Salzburg's sights, about 10-15 minutes. In the morning I walked 5 minutes to the market for pastries.The walls are a little thin, as we could hear our neighbors, I am sure they could hear us as well. Limited restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Great, quiet apartment, walking distance to sights

These were the perfect apartments to stay in for our trip to Salzburg - clean, efficient, beautifully styled, and just a 10 minute walk to downtown.

The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating.  My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here.

I can't say enough good things about Room 5

First of all, let me emphasize that we would stay in these apartments for the sixth time. Everything was great, until this year. Rooms are very clean, modern, close to the old town and at a good price. The communication was flawless until now. 
Unfortunately, due to Austrian lockdown, we had to postpone our trip. So we canceled our tickets, got our money back from the airline and then our adventure began with that accommodation.
 As we talked normally about the lockdown, from that moment they are  invisible. They never answered to any of my messages, I sent messages to all emails that I have . they are disappeared and they kept my deposit. However, I tried to find them on the phone, a woman answered me and told me that when the employees return to work they will notify me. Of course, nothing happened, even when their quarantine ended and everything is normal in tourism as well. I contacted all the competent services and everyone told me that I have no obligation to pay cancellations and of course they should not have kept my money. Also, to emphasize that I just wanted to change the dates and pay the difference, not to get my money back. And I told them via mails many times.
Of course, I do not recommend it. After five years of staying in their apartments, they are completely unreliable and I lost 330 €
Finally, I would like to inform you that all the other hotels answered me in case we stay to their accomodations, even if they were in lockdown conditions.

A trip that never happened

I’m totally shocked due to so many good reviews about this property!! Our experience was totally different... apartment was a little bit devastated, the quality of sleeping is worst than in Hostel for 20 euro ... I was totally disgusted!
