I booked this at 9 PM for a same night stay but with specific instructions to check in at 10 PM which was accepted too, however; upon calling the management, they asked to reach only by 11 as there was no one to check-in support. We reached by 11.10 and had to wait on the dark street for almost 40 minutes before this man arrived to help us with check-in. Also upon check in I realized it was on the 2nd floor through steep and narrow stairs and there was no lift nor any help to take the luggage. Room doesn't have AC and it gets hot in summers. It also doesn't have proper Bed and the sofa cum bed is really uncomfortable as it doesnt have support underneath the mattress. i hurt my self 2 times while getting offf the bed due to its metal frame to extend sofa in a bed but very soft and thin mattress.
The room size if large though and it also have big balcony. You have plenty of space to keep luggage and they have a functional kitchen downstairs which can be used and shared by other apartments too. connectivity is not bad as Metro bus and Tram staiton is 7-8 min walk from here. Brussels MIDI station is also near by about 10 min by Taxi. if you stay for 3 nights, there is no service in between. no coffee maker or tea maker. TV is small and has limited options only.
overall this shall be taken only as last resort in case u dont find anything in city.
