What was good

Close to resturants, safe area and night life is awesome. Room was excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very professional, welcoming, and very accommodating . ...Ms.Bertha's customer service is excellent.

What was bad

For being the Ramada, management needs to update thier Flintstone's era gym. The equipments are out very dated, worn out and pitiful.

Yes..room was was awesome.
Excellent customer service...receptionist and maintenance were very accommodating.

The gym needs to be updated. The equipments are from the Flintstone era.

Service wasn’t so good didn’t leave towels in the room shower water was cold pool was dirty I got lock out my room for a hour
