Amazing Food and Service
The restaurant, Casa de Cora, might seem a little pricey, but it's worth it! The buffet-style food is absolutely spectacular, with a wide variety of choices for all tastes. I highly recommend eating a little bit of everything (especially the desserts) instead of a big plate of only one thing. After

Good experience! It will be better if you have an adult side. Something more relax less people.
The place is a paradise! It will be great if you were to have one side just for adults. No kids . For business people just to relax. Servises and attention are excellent. Just build one side for adults only. I would love to come back when you build something like that. Thank you!

Not Like It Used To Be
Hotel Pousada- It’s gotten pretty run down since we were last here 15 years ago. The food is very bad. Lots of leftovers from the day before. Mattresses are hard as a rock and pillows are basically very flat. The dining tables are not very clean. First thing in the morning the dining tables are stil

It's not what used to be
I've been to the resorts many many times since 1988. Hot Park is amazing and kids love it but.... Parque das Fontes is the same size since 1988 and when Hot Park closes at 5pm all the guest have only the Parque das Fontes to go. Problem is there are many new hotels and only that place to go at night

Great Potential - Zero investment
Seems like a place that is set to do the bare minimum. Outdated rooms, average dining, understaffed. Charges an arm and a leg for extras (like every isolated resort does). Don't get me wrong: it's a good hotel and I would come back. But with its unmatchable natural resources, could be way more.

Surrounded by nature
Beautiful place surrounded by nature and natural warm waters. Great to renew your energy. Great variety of food in the restaurant but way too expensive.
All products sold in the resort are very expensive - from a bottle of water to meals.
It is not an all inclusive resort, but I think it would be a

Bad service, no English spoken, very expensive (but good pools)
We stayed in "Hotel Pousada" by “Rio Quente Resorts” for one night in June 2017.
My general conclusion based on this short stay: very good pools and park, but service and food are very low quality for such an expensive hotel.
To be more specific:
- staff could not speak any English (in such an e

Poor Service
Hotel policies should be changed. Currently you have to checkin at 12pm, and checkout at 10am, after which time you completely loose access to the resort.
We’ve never seen hotels offering 22 hours stay for the price.
After talking to hotel staff who were very arrogant and impatient with our questio

IPad stolen in the room; whole family got gastroenteritis
We visited Hotel Pousada in August of 2018. Our whole family (11 of us) got gastroenteritis, and to top it off my iPad was stolen inside our room. Management did nothing to address the issue. We won’t be back.
