The hotel is in the center of Bansko, close to everything you want to visit and see up and down Pirin street. It is very nice, cozy, warm, clean place and, above all, its personnel are very pleasant and helpful and always with a smile.

A great weekened

The room was hot. The breakfast was nice and enough, although it was not self-service. the restaurant cozy and friendly! The staff was kind and helped us a lot. The hotel's location it's nice cause it's in the center, 5-7 minutes on foot from the gondola. 

Nice location

A welcoming family run hotel located just beyond the hectic main tourist strip. Very close walk to both slopes and the very charming old town. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was basic but importantly warm and comfortable. The wifi mostly only works in the bar/breakfast area. You need to pay for the jacuzzi/sauna but you can have it all to yourself with a booking and it's very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable, well located hotel

Pro : 
* really cheap
* good value considering it.s close to the gondola
* The guy at the reception is not fluent im english but he is very helpfull in most situations. At least he is giving it his best

Cons: 
* Extendable beds in suites are unusable
 unless you take oit the mattress and sleep on the floor
* Issues reported by other users a long time ago were not even adressed( a courtain for the shower & some removing mold + paint over the area cannot be that expensive. i.m not retarded. i know that at this price, the profits are not big enough but still..)
* hotel.is overheated during the daytime & there is (almost) no heat at night. Where is the logic of this. No one is around im the daytime. Everyone is out skiing.. Turn the heat down & put it on at night!!
* the extra blankets & the extendable bed have a strong dusty like smell. Clearly the blankets havent been washed in a while.. It can be a health issue for people sensitive to.this kind of stuff
* windows could use a check up. The cold air just goes trough them.. and like i said, there is no heating at night

P.S. If it wasn.t for the heating problem i would have given this place 4 stars.Btw, I think the smaller rooms are ok. We had some people in the group sleep.in one & they did not.complain about the heating.

Very good location. Walking distance to the gondolas. Very warm room and comfortable bed but the fold up sofa bed was extremely lumpy. The bathroom was fitted with a bathtub and had hot water. We found a used bottle of water on the floor from the ptevious occupants.There was no bin in the room and we had to find a bag to put rubbish in. On the 3rd day no one came to check the room and 1) we were out of toilet paper as no extra roll was left for a triple room. We had to ask for some. 2) No one checked the room on day 3 and we had a bag of rubbish on the coffee table as we had nowhere to leave it. We had to take it downstairs to be told the bins were on the street. Breakfast: We were served a plate,  no choice.  It had some beans, 2 small fried eggs and sausage on day 1. Day 2 one boiled egg, a small piece of yellow cheese, a slice of ham and 2 thin slices of salami and some bread. This really was not enough for a grown man. The staff was extremely polite. Personally though I found that the owners were cheap. Even the toilet paper was a cheap type!
