Nice hotel and very good and friendly service. We stayed for one night. Rooms are spacious. Excellent service and food in the restaurant for dinner with variety of foods and drinks.. Sitting on the porch.. We had really good time. .. Breakfast was fair.
The hotel is very well maintained. 



Nice comfy hotel 

Great hotel, only 10 minutes walk to Bozhentsi center. The outside pool is well maintained and the pool bar offers  variety of drinks. 
Breakfast was very good and offered lot of options. Nice cozy rooms with all extras in it. 
Highly recommended is the restaurant with a big terrace. The food is more than delicious. Polite friendly and well-trained staff. Relaxation pure!

There was a smiling and polite girl at the reception, so I can not complain about the staff. The apartment was big enough for us. We were four people, three children and one child at the age of 12, and stayed only one night at the hotel. But it smelled of cigarettes in the bathroom, and it was pretty dirty. It was a pity to have a shower. We tried the indoor pool. The water was cold, and most of the rooms with sauna and steam baths did not work. The showers there were too dirty. Although the electricity had stopped the next day and the hotel was working on a unit, the breakfast was served and it was varied and very tasty.

Location near Bozhentsi with good breakfast and service

The rooms were good in fact for a 2-star hotel - clean and relatively big.
The restaurant is relatively cheap but nothing fancy - typical BG even a bit old-school.
The spa area is not OK - the pool is small and water is not warm; sauna and steam bath are small

SPA and inside pool area not OK; Rooms and location is OK

The only good thing in that hotel was the cuisine and food quality. But the service in the restaurant and reception was awful. They refused to give us extra towels, one of the waiters refused to accept our order. Great nature, but extremely bad service. Better find a place with high rank in Airbnb Don’t recommend this place at all.
