Stayed here for a wedding. A new hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast included. 

Offered to make dinner when we arrived.

Food at the wedding was excellent.

Room includes a kitchen with fridge and lounge area.

Excellent stay

For £22 a night for two people we thought this hotel was good value for money.  The staff were very pleasant and the room was simple but clean.  The only fault I could find was that there was a little damp in the bathroom but other than that all was good.  The shower was hot and wifi worked well.  This is a good one night stop if you're passing through.

Cheap and cheerful.

We found this hotel late in the evening and it was a pleasant surprise! The room was comfortable and clean, and the food good and very reasonably priced. Front desk ladies were very helpful and the waiter very pleasant. Good place for a stay on the road.

It is probably unfair to expect  something more at this establishment.
The prices were very low, but I would rather pay more for a more pleasant
stay.

A rather dull  hotel, with indifferent rooms and very poor breakfast. 
The food in the restaurant is ok and cheap.

The personal was trying to be friendly, however the service was not
very quick.

Basic accomodation

For me this is a motel. Very poor breakfast..actually the hotel chooses for what your breakfast will look like. Unfortunately we stayed 5 nights so we "enjoyed" that part of their hospitality 3 times.  And it is just grilled bread and cheese if you are wondering. No questions ask about allergies, diet whatsoever . 

Anyhow, very poor room condition .  Very old furniture,  all types of crazy color on the walls and TV is that small, that you gotta sit next to it if you  may wanna watch it.  Bathroom was ok size, but moldy here and there. 

The owner of the hotel is an absolute c**nt and made us feel so unwelcome. (he actually told me that is not ok for me to refill small bottle of water from the dispenser by the lobby. There was no cups next to it if you may wonder again)

The whole feeling of this place is just very disappointing.  I wouldn't pay any price or even stay there for free again, just because it made us sad every day. The only reason we stayed is because it was paid and booked by a friends who poorly misjudged it. 

To not sound so bitter there's two positive things I can mention: some of the staff are actually nice and helpful and we had a big balcony. That's about it :D

I really can't believe the score this place has gotten. Definitely doesn't match the reality. You can try for yourself, but I don't recommend the experiment !

We are not a picky people but we want our money to meet the expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff didn't cut the chase. 

Old and broken furniture... Very poor breakfast. ( If we can call it 
a  breakfast) .

Rude owner on top of all..

I come from a working class family background but this pace is a joke. I feel for the few nice people working there.

I'd rather sleep in my car than pay a buck to that person. 

Keep out from this property please.
