This is nice Casino resort near the Thai border. we spent one night on our business trip meeting our partner there, room is cleaned and beautiful landscape around the area and big swimming pool, stuff speaking mostly Thai language and Khmer, there is a restaurant and serve Thai, Chinese and international food , totally I will stay is good and acceptable. Would highly recommend to other traveler who come across or stop by this Koh kong border Road before interning or coming to Cambodia.

Nice Casino Resort

I absolutely love this hotel.  It’s almost perfect.  It would of been perfect if the housekeeper would pay more attention to the shower area.  It needs more work but nonetheless the hotel is beautiful. I stayed here three years ago with my daughter and we loved it. 

Beautiful 

We didn't stay at the resort, we just spent the day using their pool and spa facilities. The pool is great and the resort is within walking distance of the nicest beach in koh kong. We had been to Pak Khlang Beach, but Pak Khlang is not as nice as the koh kong beach near the resort. We had an excellent tuk tuk driver, Mr Chin (0888955507), very friendly and reliable.

The hotel is located very conveniently - within walking distance to restaurants, public transportation, the market and waterfront. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Very clean and comfortable accommodations.

Average

The hotel pictures make the hotel look impressive and high quality, the reality is somewhat different. I even have pictures that show that on the surface the hotel looks good, but it lacks the amenities and service that customers expect these days. The room is mosty clean, except for the fact that’s it’s getting old so the carpet feels grubby and there is mould in the bathroom tile seals. The bed itself is quite comfortable and the sheets are clean. The room is very poorly equipped - no WiFi (hello? this is 2019), no tea/coffee to make, no hairdryer, no iron, TV is unwatchable, and the air conditioning is uncontrollable, I almost froze to death during the night lol. The minibar has water and coke only. Basically there is absolutely no reason to enjoy being in your room. The best thing about the hotel is the pool area, it looks fine but I didn’t use. Breakfast is very average, you have to choose one item from a picture menu with about 8 items on it, the coffee is like treacle.

Deceptive Photos

A group of nineteen arrived on NYE after a very bumpy 6 hour drive from Sihanoukville (beware the road in and out of Koh Kong is dreadful)...when we get there on the surface appears quite nice..impressive building and pool.  It doesn't take long to work out this hotel is horrid.  No warm welcome..In fact no hospitality at all..the rudest staff ever which is so unusual for South East Asia ..wouldn't serve us in the hotel restaurant until they had fed the Casino VIP guests..we went across the road for all meals at a lovely Thai cafe ...the breakfast inedible at the resort.  I have nothing good to say about this place and if I could I'd give them no stars. Don't waste your time or money at $100 usd pernight it's daylight robbery

The Hotel room did not have any WIFI! Front desk staffs doesn’t have a lot of experience. They weren't much help. Overall, the hotel is nice from the outside, but the service needs to be better. Lacking a lot of stuff.
