You will not regret going for the epic snow conditions, a wide array of accommodation and dining options to suit ANY budget, along with the best hospitality you'll find at any ski destination. Whether it's a family trip with the kids or a romantic getaway, Big White has it all! The staff at central reservations is very helpful in determining which type of accommodations will suit you best and no matter what your requirements they will ALL be met. Big White will exceed your expectations as they have for our family and numerous friends that have made BW an annual travel destination. "Champagne powder and caviar dreams" GUARANTEED.

Epic Snow!

Was a great stay in the sleep 8 unit.Unit was well equipped with cutlery,utensils cards and games.Ski out was good ski in be sure to watch video or u will be walking.Bunk room a little chilly but more blankets availible.Washer and dryer were quite useful. 4 adults and 4 children ages 11-18 and no issues.Hot tub a real plus. Would recommend this condo for sure.

Slopes are fantastic; when you can see them. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of places to eat - Sessions for lunch and The Woods for lunch or dinner.
Only minus is Jan is renowned for fog Big White Out.

Our family rented a two bedroom condo from Big White accomodation. Really nice staff easy to book. Perfect location.

We walked into our suite and the kids said "Wow!"
Our place was really comfortable. We stayed two nights which was really too short. 

The kitchen seemed really well equipped although we didn't bother for such a short stay.

We will definitely return!

Stone bridge building 2

We arrived on Friday March 10th for an annual ski weekend with our son.
Our room at StoneBridge 3103 was a terrible location. We had no idea we were right where everyone walks by.
We rented and “paid”$$$$$$$$$ for condo with a hot tub. When we went to go in it was green, smelt funny. We called and it is now 24 hours later.
No hot tub to use a average room and very disappointed clients!!! 
Oh and the toilets had mold in them on arrival.
So much $$$$$$$ was paid for this unit and they can’t even move us !

Do not stay at Stonebridge 3103 at Big White - and don’t count on Big White Reservations to give any customer service !!

As a family, we have ALWAYS loved Big White Ski Resort. It’s beautiful, the staff are (usually) awesome and it’s always a great time. This year, we booked through Big White Central Reservations and let me tell you that we will NEVER be making that mistake again. 

We were to check in Friday, and on Thursday we called to see if we could check in early and they said it was no problem at all. So I call Friday morning on our way up and they told me the condo hadn’t been cleaned yet (even though on Thursday they said that no one was in before us and the previous people checked out Wednesday... eww 2 days of being dirty) anyways, they said they would call when it was ready but to head up anyways. So my sister and I drove up with hundreds of dollars in groceries and a very tired toddler. We waited for HOURS! We didn’t get checked in until 3, 1 hour before regular check in ... gee thanks. 

Fast forward to check out day. Again, we had called the day before to see if we could get a late check out. They said no problem you can check out at noon no issues. We packed everything up before the family went out riding, I put the baby down for a nap at 10 and was waiting for her to wake before we head out. I get a call at 10:30 saying I have to vacate immediately so staff can come clean, I explained what had been arrange the previous day and the lady on the phone said “too bad I need you out now so they can clean, please wake your baby and leave immediately”. I’m sorry like who says that ... she was SO rude and hung up on me. 

Central Reservations crew is rude, unorganized, and I will never book with them again. Air BnB for now on.
