Older motel but modernized. Very clean. Had kitchenette which was very handy.
Window shades were excellent, flooring upgraded, no carpet so that was great. Bathroom updated & clean. Full fridge & stove. Beds were good. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean comfortable motel

My husband and I spent 2 nights here in August. Our room was meticulously clean, nice bedding, ample kitchen amenities, and air conditioned - just right for Oliver's 30+ temperatures.  A bonus was the little oasis in the courtyard - a cozy place to sit under the vine-shaded trellis, BBQ, or sample the wines we purchased. John was friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation. Thanks John!!

An Oasis

We stayed for a week and we were very pleased about everything.
The room was big enough (for a family of 3), very clean,the beds are comfy,a/c and the room is very updated(big fridge,oven,nice K cups coffee maker), very clean bathroom with spotless towels and everything you need.
John,the owner,is very nice and helpful 
We enjoyed our staying,and we'd strongly recommend it.

Best little motel in the Okanagan Valley

We were skeptical after calling about ac while in BC heat wave. Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by the owner John , given extra towels, frosty beverages and the most comfy room. It was clean, well priced, and the beds were comfy. Not John suggest a fantastic restaurant but assisted us in the am while sending items home from our trip. This was by far a slice of heaven . Huge thanks to the owner John. Not sure how my sweetie will top this Birthday.

Small piece of heaven

The room was very clean and recently remodeled. It had all new bathroom fixtures. The kitchenette was brand new and well appointed. Wonderful coffee maker. Plenty of fresh air from new windows and very comfortable beds. New air conditioner. One of the best motel experiences I’ve had and I’ve stayed in many over the years. The owner is friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. It was very quiet even though it’s on Highway 97. I stayed with my small dog and we both had a peaceful, comfortable 5 days there.

The room, location and amenities were 10/10.  I cannot recommend this place enough.  There were 2 queen size beds, vey comfortable pillows and spotlessly clean.  Bathroom was the same.  Coffee, kettle, toaster, fridge and oven available in a compact place.  I will only stay there when I return to Oliver, BC.  The owner John is lovely man who you could chat with for hours if you had the time.

A GEM in OLIVER

We loved our 3 night stay. Spacious room. Super clean. John, the owner/operator is meticulous and a very interesting guy and gracious host. He has put a-lot of love into this place. . The kitchen is fully equipped complete with a full sized  fridge. We will be back for sure.

A Gem of a Motel and a Gem of a John

We stayed at the Mount View Motel at the beginning of July 2021.  We were met by the friendly owner who showed us our room and told us about all the renovations that had been done.  The room was very nice with a reguar size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugar.  A really nice renovated shower with liquie hand soap and a great shower.  We would recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying again in the future.

Clean room with good amenities

Down from Lake Country for 3 days to support our southern wine brothers. Determined to spend our $ on wine more so than accommodation and we were very pleased & surprised with the well-managed and equipped room. The modest accommodations exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.
