We stayed in this location last time. The price is good and all amenities are good, although the room is basic. You have all the things you need in the room ,fridge, microwave. To have a kettle maybe better. The blow of the air condition is too strong, and one of the TV in the room is not working properly, however since its only a short  stay, we did not bother to report to the receptionist.

Good value for money

2 bedrooms, furniture is basic, beds are ok, there is a fridge and microwave but no plate or ustensile. Quiet environment. You need to pay an extra for parking. Located closed to the highway. Okay for one night.

Great value for money

Feeling that $250 a night is just a little rich for a 2 day stay in the nation's capital - I opted to book what sounded like a real good deal at $115 a night.  My nostrils are still recovering from the spice rich diet of whomever stayed there before me! OMG!  

A little rustic - beds were comfortable - the rooms were clean - but the intermittent elevator service and air quality quickly took the shine off the sweet price!!!  

Never again.

If price is all that counts.....

My family had a horrible experience at this place. We booked here for two nights and have nothing positive to report other than two kind people working at the front desk. The first night, we stayed in a room that did not have a working air conditioner. We toughed it out and thought that we would be fine if we opened the windows, as it was cool in the evening. Little did we know, the building directly beside our windows started doing construction at 7am making loud bangs and the beeps of trucks backing up. This obviously woke our son who already had a hard time sleeping in the heat. I went down to the front desk to request a room with working air conditioning. The nice young woman at the desk went to ask her superiors what she could do for me. Instead of coming out and talking to me in person, they sat in their chairs discussing me and staring at me through the glass. Finally, she came out and said she could move us to another room as long as we could get our things moved out of room 300 "immediately so that the cleaners can come in and get it ready for another guest". Poor next guest having to deal with what we went through. So we immediately moved out stuff out and to the next room. After putting our son to bed that night, my boyfriend realized that he had left his phone charger in room 300. He went down to ask if it was turned in. They said no but that the room was empty and he could go look for himself. Why we had to be rushed out if the room wasn't needed, I still don't understand. He went up and looked for it where he had plugged it into the wall and it was gone. He returned downstairs to tell them and they said they couldn't do anything to help. The next morning we were again woken up by construction, although it was less loud on with the windows shut (the air conditioning working in room number two). As we checked out again, we asked again if the charger was turned in, and again they said no. We asked for the name of the cleaner who obviously stole this charger and they refused. All this, combined with the general complains (only two towels given for a family of three, the beds and pillows were rock hard, the toilet holder was ripped off the wall and on the bathroom counter in pieces, the shower was unclean) lead us to give OUR FIRST EVER LOWER THAN 6 RATING FOR AN ACCOMMODATION... and we travel a lot. Very disappointed. 

Do not recommend!

These are student shared residences which seem to have been vacated for the summer and passed off as a conference centre accommodation. Does not meet the standard of a basic hotel. Linen were thread bare, TV remote not working, no functional kitchen, reek of smoke and staff has no sanitization sprays and told the place id fully booked and has no alternative rooms. Stay away from it. Not worth any price and it is not cheap.
