The rooms are clean and renovated.  The property is very well kept. No carpet and a nicely tiled bathroom. Just outside Pembroke and close to Petawawa.  The parking lot is  large and you park at your room door. The owners are so friendly and really care that you have a good experience. I can’t recommend this  motel enough!

Friendly Owners

We had a lower room and were happily surprised by how new everything was from the flooring to the bathroom to the bedding! Super clean rooms. We arrived a night early quite late and the owners were more than cordial, allowed us to check in to our room early which was appreciated after a 13 hr drive! 
The rooms were spotless, beds were comfy and the owners were super friendly! Definitely will stay again when in the area!!

Fabulous 5 Night Stay!!

This motel is not what you would expected at all.  The outside does not match the inside at all. Stayed one night with  my 2 teenage kids and loved it.  It was clean, checkin was easy and the hosts so friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfy with all the necessities you would expect.  
I had a lovely evening sitting outside watching the moon and even saw a shooting star.  

This is a simple motel which I highly recommend if you are looking for well priced quiet place to lay your head.

Fantastic place for the price !

I booked this motel because of the name. I liked the no nonsense check in. We had to call for the WiFi password but were told the password was on the key fob. It was.  We arrived at 7pm on New Year's Day and someone came to the front desk very quickly. The property is a recently renovated Motel that still has a very old time feel to it. The bed was super comfortable - we had a great sleep.

Time Travellers..booked for the name GREAT prices

We first visited the Time Traveller's Motel in 2011.  We were pleased with it then, and I was happy to see it still was around when booking our latest trip to Canada.  Under new ownership, the rooms have seen great upgrades (no more leopard print wallpaper) but the old-school vibe is still there (real metal keys & space-age kids play area).  If you like a comfortable, clean place to stay, fully equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge & outside grilling area at a great price, Time Travellers is better than ever.

We book five motels when we take this trip from Maine to Michigan. Time Travellers was the only one we re-booked from previous trips.  The couple that own it now are super friendly and welcoming, keep it clean and quiet, and love plants, check out the 20 foot long philodendron in the office!  The next time we need a room in the Pembroke/Petawawa area, we will be back.

Time Has Improved The Traveller Experience

My fiancé and I stayed here for 6 nights and were extremely happy with pretty much everything about this place.  The staff are nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and the price you can’t beat. There is also a good Wi-Fi connection(very surprised about that) and you’re almost right in the middle of Petawawa and Pembroke. 5/5 would recommend. 

Clean and well priced 

The room was incredibly clean, spacious, good wi-fi connection, and run by a very nice couple who are working diligently on constant improvements. A great bonus was the large window in the room's rear with a great view. After a two week road trip with some of the shadier places we found on offer, this motel was literally a breath of fresh air!

A Great Find

Our last night on an 8 day Motorcycle trip around Northern Ontario.  Spotless, updated, and very comfortable. One unit had 2 rooms, one with one bed, and kitchenette and the other downstairs with 2 Queen  beds.   Owners were very friendly, and where a pleasure to deal with.  Would stay there again. Stayed Aug 20, th.

Great stay for Bikers

I rate this place highly for the fact of being very clean. The room was spacious. Totally renovated. The location is right in between Pembroke and Pettawa which is convenient but as the unfortunate drawback. Of being 7 to 8 minutes drive to any plazas or facilities. The vista of the Ottawa river however is so pretty it makes up for it. 
I wish to thank the owners of having gine the extra mile to make their motel so nice and super clean while keeping the rate very reasonable.
