Great family-run property
Great family-run property. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The owners graciously helped me when my electric razor battery died. After asking at the front desk, I was grateful to find that they had gotten me a razor while I had been out to dinner.

Quaint lodge, reputably the best in Coyahaique
My husband and I visited Coyahaique for 1 night on business and this hotel was booked for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. The views were spectacular, especially from our double room in #21. The ambience is warm and quaint and the breakfast was filling. Angel took care of everything we ne

Comfortable and great location
We stayed here 2 nights around a backpacking trip in Cerro Castillo and found El Reloj to be a great bookend. Location is a close walk to the central plaza, but is off main commercial streets. Great view of the reserva nacional coyhaique across the river canyon from the restaurant area (food at re

Charming Hotel and a Good Base for Exploring Coyhaique and Surrounding Areas
For the money, I don't think many people would be disappointed with this hotel. Located close to the center of Coyhaique, but quietly tucked away. A wonderful view of a canyon and the Reserva on the other side. Good food in the mornings. A very pleasant common area to sit, read, write, talk. Co

Stopover before the big journey through Patagonia
Quiet little hotel with a special atmosphere. So not such an ultra modern style, which does have something. Good place as a stopover. Give good advice about the center and where to eat. You can have breakfast there.

Great receptionist
We stayed here for two nights and the receptionist is well customer orientated. The rest of the staff can really learn from him. He speaks English very well and advised us some good restaurants. The room is very nice and breakfast is ok.

Personal service and attention to detail.
I had the pleasure of staying in this family run hotel on three separate occasions whilst exploring Chilean Patagonia north and south of Coyhaique. It is a charming establishment with a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean, warm, well appointed and we had nice views. The c

Nice hotel. Rooms get very hot in summer
The reception area is very welcoming with plenty of comfortable seats. Good restaurant with reasonable prices and decent food. I had the merluza, a generous serving. Staff are helpful particularly the receptionist. Downside is the rooms are very basic but comfortable. The room I had warmed up with

Good hotel to start or Finnish your Patagonia trip
This hotel has a family feeling and has a good restaurant and a nice backyard to hang in after a day out. Rooms are ok and big. Warm water and enough space to stay in your room.
The dining room is clear and bright from the big windows. Friendly staff where most speaks English.
