For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
