It was great // Not all the Hotel in being used due to Costa Rica Covid restrictions // but all the pools and Convention Show Rooms are available // they have great staff and the customer service was excellent.
Clean, Fresh and Crisp Linen. Water and Coffee along with a mini fridge, can't ask for more to be honest.

One of the pools was nice and clean.

The room was enjoyable overall.

Location is nice.
What was bad
Facilities seem forgotten. They feel old and not clean.

Shower needed to be fully open to get hot water, and it made for a perfect way to splash water all over the bathroom.

Most of the pools looked dirty.

The back of the room led to a balcony which had bird poop all around.
