Lovely place nearby Skradin city. Beautiful garden view. Really helpfull to get you at good restaurants. 
We had two appartement, one big bed in the livingroom and the other apart. They renewing everything.

We spent the night here before visiting the national park and definitely recommend this guesthouse. 
The owners are very nice and helpful. They don't speak much English (if any..) but they will do their best to communicate with you.
Our room was upstairs and right next to the kitchen which seems to have everything you need to make yourself a meal. No one else was staying at the hotel so it was nice and calm for us. 
There is free wifi and free parking on site. 
It was quiet and only a 500m walk to the ferry that takes you Skradinski buk.
There's also a little grocery shop at the bottom of the street (100m) open till 9pm.

Lovely place to stay to go visit Krka

We spent one night here in May and enjoyed our visit. The guest house is situated away from the main commercial part of Skradin but is an easy walk to restaurants etc an is on the third floor of a residential property with a nice out door deck.  The decor is dated but 'homely' and clean and tidy. The hostess is a very friendly person but speaks German and very little English. However she very kindly gave us some ripe loquats on arrival and after we had came back from dinner at a restaurant appeared at our door with two very nice crepes each for my wife and I. The shower was quite small but had very good water pressure.  Beyond the hostess's control was the fact that from 5.00am onwards several roosters in the vicinity seemed to be almost continually crowing. Eve so we'd still recommend this as a good place to stay.

A homely, good value for money stay

Lovely guest house with a gorgeous gardens, parking spots and a balcony with views to the fortress and church. Host was very friendly and accommodating but spoke German/ Croatian and little English but we got by. Bed was comfy and pillows were plump and feathery. Location was very handy for skradin and the national park. Facilities included wifi, fridge, fully equipped kitchen and individual shower. Very pleasant. 

Quaint 

Owner was nice, parking is possible in the garden. Perfect location if you want to visit Skradinski buk and Krka National Park. Shared and equipped kitchen. Only bathroom was a little bit small, but no problem.
