It is clear that have a sort of monopoly since they are the only place serving all ferry travellers there. So too high prices and bad service is unfortunately kind of expected. However, they can at least provide basics - like having the toilet paper in toilets for this price. It is not that they run out (since we were one of the first guests in the morning this time), they simply do not care since it is never there.

Bad service, high prices

Bad, bad, bad...slow, unfrendly stuff.
Tabble not ready, food...the badest food I eat. Cold meat, just warm potatoes. 
At least the beer was hot... excuse...they sold all cold beer. Hello...and your fridger is empty.

This seems to be the only choice for coffee (and some other drinks, dishes and even sleeping) while waiting for the ferry to the mainland or staying on Dugi otok in this area.

What a shame and a terrible service.

#1: As the waiter did not appear on the terrace for quite a lot of time and everyone seem to have same issue, I came in and ordered 2 coffees. I took about 20 minutes to get them. Ok. High season, covid, a “crowd” waiting for ferrry ... Served without a word. No sorry”, no “there you go”. Nothing. No “thank you” once paid.

#2: same story. No coffee in 30 minutes, the waiter kept ignoring us and we left.

These guys have unbelievable attitude, unusual even to those of us who know and try to understand various Dalmatian moods all these years and the seem to sincerely hate their mostly once-in-a-lifetime guests.

Don’t visit this place unless if you want to spoil your nice vacation on Dugi otok.

OMG ...

The service is terrible....We have waited for coffee for 20 minutes, and then they  brought the wrong order...prices for that kind of services are to high. This is the first and last time that we will visit this bar

The service is terrible...

This place gets crowded because it’s located at the ferry port. The terrace was packed and no one served us for a while. I could see people going to the bar getting drinks although there is no selfservice sign. When the waiter came to pick up the leftovers from people before us and clean the table, she warned us we should go inside and order ourselves otherwise we are taking up space on the terrace. Inside there were 4 people behind the bar but only one was handling a customer and other just buzzing around. The guy charged me for the coffee without issuing a receipt. After I complained about the whole experience, he told me it will only get worse, and made a racist remark I should be happy before Serbs and Ukranians start serving me there. After I told him I am Serbian and feel offended, he tried to appologize in an unsincere manner..

Just rude

Currently waiting over 40 minutes for someone to take order. Service is terrible. Waitress going to same table for the fourth time while, for some reason, is ignoring three tables. Waiter just served table next to ours and ignored us again. 
Terrible service, don't come here. I know I never will. 
Avoid!

Poor service

Definitely the worst restaurant ever.
Food was very very bad, service even worse than food. The waitress was very slow and rude, which is very unprofessional.
No wifi ( in 2018. OMG)!!!!
We will never go back to this restaurant!!
