A lovely modern apartment with views over the marina. We found it to be very peaceful and we slept very well, maybe as the beds were so comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal and the fridge freezer was big. Supermarket, restaurants, beach and boat to krka were within a short walk.

Frane met us on arrival and showed us around. He was very friendly and helpful. Prior to arrival he sent us great directions...very important to follow them as the top road is very narrow!

A lovely place to stay.

Lovely modern apartment 

The host was very friendly, even allowing us to park our car in the garden before check-in so we could catch the ferry to Krka Park. The ferry itself is just a short 5mns walk from the accommodation. The balcony has a large view of the marina, and the accommodation is very close to the town so you can visit on foot. There's lots of restaurants and even some shops in the town to visit. Skradin is a great place to stop by, even for just a night, and this accommodation would be an ideal choice as the apartment was very spacious. 

Unfortunately the bedroom didn't have an AC, so we slept on the sofa bed in the living room. I noticed that quite a few places in Croatia don't have an AC in the bedroom, which I think makes it very difficult in the summer months, so maybe providing a fan could help.

Beautiful stay in Skradin

Stayed there only for one night but the place is convenient also for longer stay. Excellent location, great private parking, walking distance to restaurants or starting point for visiting national park Krka. Apartment was clean with nice view and great terrace. Host was very helpful and hospitable. Just a bit confusing to find it arriving with vehicle. Address of the apartment is Zagrađe, which is a back street and where gps will take you. Main entrance (and parking) are from the sea side (obala bana Pavla Subica)

Excellent location, great value

The apartment is nice, not luxurious, but nice.  It is comfortable, includes a kitchen, dining table and outdoor seating with a view of the small port.  Location is excellent for visiting Krka with on-site parking. I am happy to recommend Formenti apartments for a stay near Krka national park.

Great value and location for a visit to Krka

Our host was very helpful, everything was very cozy and tidy. We were even given a bigger room for the same price as it was not occupied at that moment. 
Take a note: the nearby restaurants are very expensive considering the Croatian average so it is better to eat in the appartment - carefully plan your trip.

Very helpful host, amazing location

This is a great apartment in Skradin, a little away form the main shopping area so nice and quiet.  The accommodation is lovely, modern and very clean.  Dino is a good host.  The balcony was our favourite place to sit as it looks over the river and is very peaceful.  Great location to stay if you want to visit the Krka Park Waterfalls.

Balcony heaven!

We had a nice room here.  Dine, the owner was very nice.  Room was clean and comfy.   We happened to see one of the apartments and it looks fantastic.   Lovely village as well with lovely restaurants.   Park good but pricey IMO.  Parking also available at front of property.   

Very nice place.

We stayed here one night to visit Krka National Park, couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything in Skradin including restaurants, shops and boat to Krka. The host was great, gave us recommendations on a great restaurant, gave us tips on how to get to the National Park and best time to go as well as other attractions in the area to visit.  The room we add was not air conditioned so it was very hot but a large fan was provided which helped a ton!

Just a warning if you are driving there the parking is off "Obala Bana Pavla Subica" which is the street down by the water, not up on the hill.  We got a little lost because Google Maps took us above the apartment.  S

Great Location

Four of us stayed here for one night during our road trip of Croatia. First time in Skradin and at this apartment.

The apartment location was excellent being on the edge of the town {village} and right on the side of the waterfront.

Ample parking on the property for all.

Our host was extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well presented. Balconies overlooked the marina.

This is a great place to stay and we will revisit Skradin and the Formenti apartments on our next visit to Croatia.

One words of warning - there are three flights of steps upto the apartment! This is a bit of a burden when carrying heavy cases but once in the apartment the steps are soon forgotten. 

If you are not in reasonable health, be careful.
