Our room was perfect! Absolutely no complaints to make! The double room is newly and sweetly decorated, extra clean, enough space for two & lots of luggage for a 7 day trip. AC works perfect and chills the room quickly, just what you need after a hot day at the beach. Slept like babies, no noise at all, although it's located right in the old town, just 1 min to the sea front and 1 min to a busy street with restaurants♣ 10-12 min walk to Kolovare beach; 10 min walk to airport bus station/old town ferry doc. Complimentary 2 bottles of water, some candy and instant coffee. Free toiletries, enough towels for a week, anti mosquitoes device, hair dryer, mini fridge. It's not a hotel so do not expect daylily cleaning. Nevertheless, for a 7 day stay we had full cleaning with sheets changed once, which was nice. The host is a great lady, perfect communication via email before arriving and during stay, in perfect English. Wifi worked great. Honestly, can't find faults to this accommodation and even more, it has the best value for price I can imagine one can find in Zadar. 
Room looks just like in pics, even better as it's bigger that it appears in pics.

Great value for money accommodation 

Our host Anita was very helpful, we really liked the apartment. It looks much better than the photos:) We stayed here twice, during our trip in Croatia. Location was very convenient, easy to walk around Zadar. Free parking place is a little bit far away, around 10 minutes walking. I would advise you get in touch with Anita before visiting Zadar.

Pleasant stay in Zadar

Beautiful modern apartment in a perfect location near to all the sights but still very quiet at night. Bathroom and room very clean. Very spacious. Has a fridge in the room with bottles of water which is a nice touch. Shower was really good. Bed very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone. 

Beautiful apartment in perfect location 

Owner was waiting for us upon arrival and kindly explained the basic things. The apartment was very clean, fun style and spacious. I think its just a few years old since renovation. Candy, tea, etc. Bed was good. The main streets with restaurants and cafes are just around the corner, yet there was no noise from it. Small student town atmosphere.No frying pan so had to boil my eggs. Not a great view on the street but it was fine for a night. Parking is a bit challenging as everything is pretty full, but we managed to find a spot just outside the city walls. Paid parking between 8-22h, 4 kuna p/h, coins or bills. The entrance of the apartment is a bit shabby. People broke into a car in the street at night.

Great short stay in the center of town

Just stayed for 4 nights at these apartments. It was on ground floor and very accessible. In residential area by the uni and school but great if you want to experience real life and not too touristy. But saying that it was a two mins walk to the sea front and a few mins walk to the main town area. 
Apartment very modern and extremely clean. Lady met me on evening I arrived with key and on hand should I have needed anything. Apartment great if you want it as a base as no windows in lounge area. All cooking facilities and lovely modern bathroom. In all would recommend it.
