We've stayed for 1 day only (sadly) in #45 with Anna and we can't complain of a single thing. The view is incredible, the location is comfortably away from the centre and a small beach with a bar/restaurant is right outside. 
Definitely recommended for those who want a comfortable and relaxed experience in Dubrovnik and enjoy its wonders. 

Great place with a beatufil view

The steps down to the beach are there and you do get warned.  There is easier access from the 'top road' and ample parking if required.  The rooms are fabulous and appear to have been recently renovated - spotlessly clean.  On arrival the fridge is stocked with beer, water and fruit juice.  Coffee, tea, bread, butter and marmalade/jam are left for you - the room has microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, electric BBQ.  Maja and Ivo really do think of everything and made out stay really good.  The views across to the Old Town really are fabulous.  I would definitely return - thank you Maja and Ivo.

Great place - great views

I read a few complaints about how difficult it is to get here. It clearly states there are many steps so be aware. The host picked us up from the bus and she was delightful. The accommodation is between 2 roads on the hilltop so it is 125 steps from the bottom and a little less from the top. It really is no big deal and the location is well worth it. You get views of the old city that others pay a boat trip to get. Comfortable, well appointed, great balcony, sensational views and peaceful. Only 20 min walk to the old city or take a bus.

Beautiful views

I arrived in Croatia alone and a little wary. New places are always daunting. Ana came and met me from the car and instantly made me feel at ease she showed me where the beach and restaurant was then took me to my apartment which was spotlessly clean, she'd left some bits in the fridge for me, croatian beer, milk and water which was lovely. She said if I needed anything at all just to ask. The bed was huge! And so comfortable. The air conditioning made no noise and kept me very cool at nighttime. The view from the terrace took my breath away. You could see the island of Lokrum and The old Town. There were flowers everywhere, I felt so at peace. There are around 100 steps to reach the accommodation and another 100 to the beach which didn't bother me at all however older visitors may want to take this into consideration. Old town is around a 20 minute walk away or you can use taxis but most of the time I walked as it was so picturesque. You get to be in a quiet part of town but also be close enough to visit the pubs/restaurants etc. I love to watch the sunset and this location was perfect for this and a sunset swim! I will be returning here as soon as I possibly can. Jude

Best place to stay in Dubrovnik with an amazing host and beautiful view!

We just stayed for 2 nights and it wasn’t long enough! Lovely, clean apartment, stunning views of the bay and the old town. Loved the location, out of the madness of Dubrovnik but still within walking distance. Sveti Jacov beach is amazing also and right on the doorstep. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend a stay in this place!

Spectacular views

Stayed one week at this Accomocation in september 2016. Wery Nice and friendly ovners. Nice and clean room. Fantastic view from th balcony .
It was a lot of steps from room and down to road, and even more from road to the beach.
