This apartment is a bit remote from the village of Milna (~2,8 km) and the road to get there is not the best (a bit narrow, parts are not paved, no lights along the road). However, the Apartments are not difficult to find (you just follow the signs to Osibova Bay – it is really just going straight from Milna). We came with bikes alone which turned out to be an advantage over cars (also because the latter are not allowed to enter the village of Milna) - given you have a potent headlight and somebody who transports your luggage and groceries (stores only in the village). You could also do this by taxi service but the owner was so nice she drove our luggage all the way to the Catamaran the day we left completely for free! This was incredibly nice of her, as was here treatment throughout the whole stay! 
As mentioned the apt. is a bit remote but this was (at least for us) absolutely worth it. The house is overlooking this beautiful bay - sitting at our spacious terrace in the morning and at night (underneath the stars and with a good Croatian wine) was just marvelous. If you depend on infrastructure (restaurants, bars, stores) right around you this is maybe not the best place for you but if you rather appreciate calm and beauty then this is an excellent choice. 
The apartment itself is also very spacious and furnished in a modern and tasteful way. Air-condition, Wi-Fi, every thing worked very well. As a pure suggestion one could add mosquito nets to (at least some) windows, although we did not have big problems with insects. 
The bay, as mentioned, is stunningly beautiful. Beaches are just some stairs down from the house and are mostly flat rocks, but also one small pebble beach. The water is incredibly clear and beautiful. There were not too many people, some in the morning, some in the afternoon.
It is true that there is some construction (new houses) going on in the bay but during the season everything is stopped so there were no disturbances at all.  
As mentioned the owner was very kind and helpful and I would not hesitate to choose Villa Pia again for another vacation!

A bit remote but wonderful

Staff were excellent and very helpful, asked them for the best places to go/ eat and showed us directions every time. Room was very clean and location fantastic! Beautiful beach, clean water, turquoise color!

Fabulous place to stay in Milna

This is a nice villa that has just about everything. The pool was still under construction so we did not get to use. Who cares the ocean is right there. Nice remote location no tourists. We stayed five nights. Good place that's off the beaten path.  It's fun!
