The hotel was very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the marina in the old town of Rovinj.  The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Our group booked all 4 rooms in the hotel.  The apartment on the top floor has a beautiful view of the water.  Both apartments have small kitchens and there is also a kitchen on the ground floor that the owner allows you to use.  The hostess was extremely accommodating and provided dining and activity recommendations.  Note that driving is not permitted in the area and parking is quite far away. Again, the hostess provided all of these details before arrival.

Beautiful, small hotel in old town

Life doesn't get much better than this. The apartman is lovely, in a stylishly renovated typical old building. People are very hospitable and polite and the town is as picturesque and as welcoming as you can wish. The old heart of the town, where this apartment is located, is strictly pedestrian. Imagine the peace and quiet! The views were lovely wherever you looked, you are spoiled for choice in restaurants and the gelato is awesome in any gelateria  you come across.

Memorable

Extremely well appointed rooms and apartments and everything finished to a high standard. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and friendly, helpful owner and staff. Only thing I could suggest to improve stay would be complementary toiletries but would stay here again without a moment's hesitation. Thank you Svetlana for a perfect base from which to explore this gorgeous, picturesque little town
