Having stayed at several holiday apartments over the years, I took tea towels, kitchen basics and beach towels but I needn't have done so because Tatyana provides EVERYTHING you could need in these comfortable apartments.  We were welcomed with a coffee and a really helpful conversation with her regarding places to visit and eat as well as other useful information.
Our apartment was clean and towels are changed every couple of days. Half-way through our stay our apartment was completely cleaned and the bed linen changed. The pool was also cleaned daily and the pool area was a nice place to spend the day. Tatyana had a barbecue on the Sunday and offered food to the couple in our party who had stayed by the pool that day, but we were able to have our own barbecue a couple of days later.
Would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone staying in the Dubrovnik area; families, couples or singles all seem to be welcomed here by Tatyana.

Fabulous Apartment

Stayed at Villa Roza for the week covering the Spring bank holiday in May.  Nothing was too much trouble for Tatjana who provided home made lemonade and cake upon arrival and also provided chocolates, nibbles and liqueurs when round the pool.  Tatjana also provided loads of excellent advice on what to see and do ... fab!! 
The apartment was spotless and ideally situated near the river with two excellent restaurants nearby and also a marina within walking distance.  The fact it was only a 15 minute ride into the old town was also a bonus. Perfect location and perfect host - what more could you want?? Oh yes a spot of  liquer ... and Tatjana provides that.  I can’t wait to return as Croatia is stunning.  Could this be my new Syros???

We arrived very late and was not a problem the Host even order us food! located 5min from Port 10 min from city centre great info as well given from Tatjana  about places to visit and bus timetable we definitely will comeback and we definitely recommend.. Thanks Tatjana 

Best Option DEFINITELY

the style of the apartment was very modern.. perfect for us.. looks new, was very clean and have everything you need for cooking.. Tatiana was very helpful.. always there when you need something.. we are grateful for her help.. she even drove us to a restaurant one night when we don't know where to eat seafood best and afterwards pick us up again because it was very late.. there's a small pool good for family with small children...  the place was far from the centre but there's a bus station near the apartment.. bus passes for every 15 or 30 mins.. if you have a car, this place would be perfect.. internet wi-fi works very well too...

Modern Apartment.. very nice..

We stayed at Villa Roza in August 2020 and had a lovely family holiday. The host Tatjana was very hospitable providing us with liquors and cake on arriv. She was very friendly and provided us with lots of information about the area including places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The apartments themselves were lovely, spotlessly clean and the pool was a great place to relax after a day in the sun. 
The apartments are also in a good location, just outside Dubrovnik and on a picturesque lake.
The only slight downside was the mosquitos from the lake that left us with numerous bites. Apart from that we had a lovely time and would definitely visit again. 💕💕

Lovely holiday

No electricity inside room, owner don't understand English. Without electricity I can't use anything inside my apartament. There was electric connection in nearest neighbour. I will never come back here. Photos aren't similar to reality. I'm very dissapointed.
