Very nice owners and very clean room.  We were in Skradin just for the day for Krka but still had an unbooked night to fill a few days later and decided Skradin was convenient to pass by again.  I checked TA and this property was only a block away from where we were eating so we dropped in to ask about a room on the day we needed and made a verbal agreement backed up by WhatsApp message.  Then when we came back a few days later we arrived after dark and couldn't remember the little alley and messaged the owner and he came to find us on his bicycle and guide us to the parking.  They have off street free parking. The room we were in even had a little kitchenette in one corner. Cash only I believe.  No breakfast but around the corner I recommend Caffe Bar Niko for either breakfast or lunch.  I recommend this guest house highly.

Good location, good value

The room was very clean, modern, super nice and bright. Everything was available in the kitchen. There was also an outdoor kitchen, which we can really recommend and a jacuzzi :) We felt very comfortable, as we were directly very warmly welcomed. The accommodation is located directly in the "city" and to the beach, it was a maximum of 7 min. We would have been very happy to stay longer!

Great location within Skradin and very modern apartments. The jacuzzi and the sauna are nice after a long day of hiking in the national park. Zlatko is a super nice and welcoming host. He also gives you good advice for all trips in the region. We would come again.

Perfect and well located apartment within Skradin

We had an amazing stay in ankora guest house, they are really nice and welcoming. The appartment was stunning and very clean and we enjoyed a lot the sauna and jacuzzi outside. 
The location is just perfect to visit krka national park. 
We highly recommend this place !

Amazing stay

Stayed here for a night USD65 for a double room, emailed before arrival and got prompt reply. Took a bus from Plitvice here and the guest house is literally 2 mins walk from bus stop even with luggage. Skradin is small, quite a few restaurants nearby, less than 10 mins walk to the dock for the boat to Krka. 

Upon arriving, didn't see anyone so called the number, the owner lives upstairs and came down to show me to the room, also provide helpful info about Krka and restaurant recommendation. The room is on the small side but no problem for 1-2 persons, homey decor and comfortable, nice toilet and shower, very clean, everything quite new and works as it should. The jacuzzi was a nice addition although the water was not warm enough despite setting the temperature to the highest. There's laundry and dryer in the basement which I could use for no extra charges, very helpful and really appreciated it. There's a nice kitchen for those who wish to cook, wish breakfast is included even if a simple one, but given it's not and there doesn't seem to be places to get breakfast before the first boat to Krka, so I went to pick up things to make a sandwich for the morning, there's supermarket a few mins away. Oh, the owner can do boat tours, the price is quite prohibitive for solo travellers which is understandable since there are minimum costs to cover, but looks like a great excursion option for groups.

Great value little gem

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment which is on the ground floor with its own entrance.
The building is less than 10 years old and is very well kept!
Place is clean and in an alley just behind the quaint main street.
Kitchenette is quite well equipped to cook simple meals.
We had a pleasant stay. It was an added bonus to dip in the jacuzzi after a long day out exploring 😀.
The kids loved it too!
Highly recommend if you plan to stay in the small town of Skradin instead of bigger nearby towns. We used this as base for several days to explore the Krka Waterfalls and even drove to Split which is just an hour away.

Terrific apartment!

· This three day stay was the highlight of our Croatian trip. The guesthouse is super clean, well tended, and welcoming. The host Zlatko was terrific and we all felt right at home the moment we arrived. His charming personality and can-do disposition is a stand-out! Breakfast is not included but the nearby bakery and small supermarket provided our supplies for our party of 4. We loved the general shared space and met there daily for breakfast, and cocktails in the evening. Perfect!! Our apartment was very comfortable, and the fridge came in handy for all the treats we collected from the area. There is so much to see and eat! Ask Zlatko about his family farm olive oil! It’s a fantastic buy. Next time we are adding Zlatkos boat excursion to our itinerary. We didn’t have the time......

Simply terrific

Our stay at Guest House Ankora was absolutely sensational and far exceeded our expectations. Our stay felt more like a spa retreat at a 5 star hotel! Not only is the Guest House perfectly located in Skradin, but our suite was impeccably clean, roomy, bright, and comfortable. The owner made us feel like royalty by making sure the hot tub and sauna was ready for us when we arrived. (After a day of driver and site-seeing, the sauna melted our bones and made us sleep like babies!) The owner was more than happy to show us around the property and helped us with recommendations and travel tips for seeing the National Park in the area. We felt he genuinely cared about our time in Skradin. He and his wife couldn't have been sweeter and more caring. We actually wished we planned our trip a little differently so that we could have stayed longer at his guest house. Without a doubt, this is the best accommodation and best value in the area. We will be back!

Best Choice in the Area - Felt like a Resort!

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor that came with a pretty private garden terrace.
We liked the hosts.  Katerina was in charge of showing us the property.

Our apartment had a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The bed was comfortable, though the bathroom was a little too small.

We liked the surroundings of the property, delightfully maintained. It has a summer kitchen, a Jacuzzi and a sauna.

The access to the property is through a narrow alley. The space is limited but the owner takes care of the cars.

The location could not be better. It is at a walking distance to the Skradin marina for daily trips to Krka Park.

Quiet and peaceful place . Recommended

Lovely rooms and hotel. Tight parking but given friendly assistance from owners and location to other facilities it is a very good place. Short walk to a choice of restaurants and also the the bots to take you to lake.
