This place was better than expected. I read the reviews and thought this place sounds great and when we arrived I could understand why people feel in love with the place. It is in a nice neighbourhood, very quiet but very accessible. 

There are plenty of restaurants near by and the train station is about a 3-5 minute walk away. From the station you can get downtown relatively quickly. 

The host was very welcoming and offered lots of information on what to do locally. 

I would stay here again.

Great host and accommodation

The accommodation is at the top of a local family's house, providing comfortable, safe accommodation in a very pleasant neighbourhood.It is only 20 minster by train to town door to door. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly and the rooms spacious and comfortable.Excellent value for money.

Super comfortable beds, generous sized bedrooms and beautiful bathroom. 
Nice neighborhood as well! 
Right near the station and now too far away from the city! Really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place!

Very comfortable room with a modern bathroom.
It´s located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We can join the center of Copenhaguen very quickly thanks to the train station at 5 minutes.
The host was very friendly and give us good advices.
The breakfasts were very good.

Excellent

We got to this CPH room on HC Lumbyesgade 17 Sunday April 29 at about 11 am (after being on a Trans Atlantic cruise for 14 days.  We knew we were early as check in wasn't until 3 pm, but we were hoping that we could leave our luggage so we could explore the area of the city we were staying in.  We rang the door bell and no answer. I called the number on the door, and it went straight to voicemail.  We waited almost an hour and finally a neighbor rescued us and let us leave our luggage there. We were gone about 2 more hours. Finally there was someone at the room (Niels daughter). She had no idea we were to stay there. She finally rounded him up and got us settled, but we didn't see Niels until about 8:00 pm. He came briefly and apologized for not being  there. His story was someone had taken his phone, and he was trying to find it HUH???.  During our entire stay ( 4 days), we MAYBE  had interaction with  Niels for 15 minutes.  He NEVER asked if we needed anything or if things were all right.  I personally think he was a pretty poor excuse for a host.  This was our VERY first visit to Copenhagen, (I loved it), but I feel that it would have been nice and helpful if he had put an extra step forward to making us feel welcome and helping us get acquainted with his city. I personally would not stay here again.
