Where do you find a houselord who never says 'no'? Even when all the rooms of his guesthouse are occupied, Peters generosity is great. When all rooms are booked and there is no other place to spend the night, he will find you a bed someway somehow. Breakfast is another matter and of less importance after midnight and you want to go to bed. End of june 2019 I arrived after midnight on my motorbike and was very tired after a long rode and little sleep. Although all his rooms were occupied he found me a bed in a little room where his daughter used to sleep when she was home. Next day when I left the premises, he assured me that there would always be a place to sleep for me. Where do you find such hospitality? Exactly, at Peters' Qstay!

Generous houselord!!!

The check in process was confusing. I arrived at the property but there were no directional signs as to where I should go or where the rooms were located. I eventually found my room after two phone calls with the staff! The room was very well furnished. The bed was really comfortable. I was glad to have a table. However the stall was a bit uncomfortable for my back. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There was not really a dining area, and additionally there was no “breakfast” offered, so the name was a bit misleading. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay, however I recommend some signage!

Needs some signage!

I was more than negatively surprised when I arrived, as there in front of the villa was lot of garbage, mess, disorder... See pictures!
No-one answered the door though I arrived in the time for check-in. Therefore I went around the house, into the garden. More mess and garbage, see pictures!
I telephoned to the manager. He made no excuse! We arranged to meet ½ hour later at his residence in the garden. He now guided me into the house via the basement stairs, and up to my room at 1. floor. I then searched for the bathroom and found one in ground floor, I was chocked by how dirty that was, and not even toilet paper, see pictures!
When I went to pay the manager, he had allready undressed himself and took my money wearing only an inappropriate wornout houcecoat. 
My next-door neighbour showed me our toilet/bath which, fair to be said, was a little less dirty, and then the kitchen in the basement. No surprise, this was messy, unclean and disgusting as well. 
My very small room seemed okay clean, but bearing the surroundings in mind, I was very uneased by sleeping here.
