This small pension with 4 rooms is located centrally between the old town and the beach.  It is near the modern art museum.  It supplies a refrigerator and kettle which is good for a budget travel.  The owner is very friendly and be sure to tell him when you are arriving as there is no reception.  We give it five stars because of its friendliness, cleanliness and locality and hope this provides some guidance for someone looking for something while on limited budget.

Excellent value if on budget

Villa Ene is a small, cozy and peaceful. It only has four rooms, two of them for two people, and two family rooms. We were looking for a nice, clean, peaceful place to stay for three nights, and Villa Ene was exactly that.

Villa Ene's location is very good: peaceful yet close to the center. The owner lives in the building next door, and is always friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms are basic but nice, with beds, a bathroom with shower, a fridge, coffee maker and free wi-fi. You can also rent bicycles.

Cozy & peaceful

This house is inclouding 4 rooms and we rented one room. The room was clean. Owners lived in the next house and they were very friendly. Location of the house was very good, not far from sea and not far from the center of town.

Peaceful and clean

The room was clean with a nice sized bathroom. I had to park my car in the steet but no problem, there was free internet and a small TV.
The manager was very welcoming and friendly as long as you did not complain about anything. We complained about a bad refrigerator and then he was not friendly anymore. I put som cooling element in freezer of the refrigerator when we came on Friday evening and when we left on Sunday they was still not frozen.
There was a gap on the top and bottom of the door where you could see daylight. The gap in the bottom was that big that you could put in a letter. 
In the shower there was a water leak so the water was dripping the whole night.
In the advertisement it says the rooms has air-condition maybe some rooms has air-condition our rooms did not have that. There was a fan in our room.
