Good location, near the old city entrance and restaurants nearby but  calm and peaceful to sleep.  We took room for three persons (6 years old child) and it was well organized, cozy and clean. Staff friendly .

Nice clean, well organized hotel

We spent a fabulous time in this hotel and staff were great very helpful making sure we visited all the highlights in our short stay.  The breakfast was great and the town is really special.  We picniced down by the river which is well worth a visit ....sit, relax and watch the world go bye.   Close to heaven.

Wonderful location really magical

Perfectly adequate value hotel for a couple of nights stay. Great location, right on the main square with good restaurants nearby. Our room was a comfort double, large comfy bed, sufficient space for the weekend, very clean, but room was dark due to the style of decoration (dark orange walls). Staff helpful and friendly. We took breakfast for an additional cost, quite basic and not a great deal of choice but fresh and tasty. Overall good stay for a basic value for money stopover.

Good for a short stay

The room and the bathroom were both tiny - too small for 2 people to move around in. The bathroom door opened against one side of the bed, so anyone on that side had to climb across the bed. There was nowhere to put our bags except on the very limited floor, and nowhere to put our clothes except one very small hanging space. There was no water provided, and no kettle or tea-making facility. The wifi kept dropping out, and needed a laborious login again each time.

There were no toiletries provided - just a gel dispenser, of which the cover kept falling off when used. The bathroom had no surfaces or shelves to put our wash bags and equipment on. I really struggled to find a way to put in and take out my contact lenses! The towels were thin, and once used, stayed wet. The shower however was excellent - hot and powerful.

The room was clean and well decorated. But with all these faults was just not value for money. A cheap budget hotel has more space and more facilities.

Not up to standard expected

Recently stayed for a week and was very disappointed. 
The Hotel is clean and the staff very helpful, but overall it was very basic and probably best described as a hostel type property, not suitable for a stay of more than a day or so.
There was no bar or restaurant, other than for breakfast which was very limited even by French standards.
The Hotel is situated on a large square and has no air conditioning. It was very hot so we needed to keep our window open and as our room faced the square this created problems with noise from the bar just down the road, dustcarts in the night and one morning they started setting up a market at about 4 am.
The rooms are very basic and drab with no drawer space whatsoever, even though there was room for a chest to be put in. The bed was very low and not comfortable.
There were a number of annoying things, like our room running out of toilet paper with no spare paper in the room, like being locked in when we returned after shopping briefly one lunchtime, like running out of milk and croissants at breakfast. OK they replaced them when we asked but they should have been more on the ball than that.
I could go on!
Plus points were that it was conveniently situated and had plenty of parking outside but I certainly would not return.
