We've got here because one of the last place available in Biarritz at that time.
The place is adiacent to the Hotel Regina, and as a building it is part of the same structure. In an OUSTANDING position ocean front.

The apartment we've got was directionally excellent because a large room a good bathroom a very modern and efficient kitchen and apparels. Wonderful private parking inside, included in the price. Fast WiFi.

But as could happen, sometime you can destroy a beautiful judgement in few steps.

1) If you rent a small aparment like this, it should be full set, i mean with linems and towels as well, soaps etc... And not because the small extra you have to pay, but because without you'll be in a nightmare if you forget to ask.

2) In a place like this and for the price you pay, at least a real double bed should be inside, not only 2 sofabed even for 4 people.

The two point above are the reasons because they loose 5stars.
But anyway it is a good option in Biarritz.

CAUTION WHEN BOOKING....Read the small print in their booking terms and conditions, all bookings are NON refundable, basic facilities are not included in the booking price, No sheets are provided, subject to extra charges, no towels provided again subject to extra charges, extra charges for checking in after 19.00hrs all of this important detail is hidden on page two of their terms and conditions.
I travel at least twice a month for both business and pleasure I have never been caught out by this sort of scam before, I as so incredulous I joined Trip Advisor to warn other travellers about this place and their practices.
