We had just one night at the lovely hotel in the middle of France. The host spoke very well German and offered us to book a dinner table. Great recommendation. He is very friendly and helped us with every question. The kids liked the pool and table tennis setting. Rooms were spacious and we liked the interior design except the beds which were too small and mattresses too thin.

Beautiful house in a lovely parc

The amicable feeling of a B&B and the professional service of a hotel.
We had the pleasure of spending 1 night at this extremely cosy and friendly Bed & Breakfast in Auvergne. The reservation was hassle-free through booking.com and the day after I received an e-mail from the hostess, asking if we wanted to book a "Table d´Hôtes" which means that we have dinner with the hosts.
It was a great experience to dine outside and experience some authentic, homecooked dishes and speak to the very kind hosts.
The pool is secluded and you can relax on the outside bed. The garden is shady and theres a kids playground.
Only downside was the noise from the street as agricultural machinery were working overtime that night.

Best B&B Experience EVER!

In fact, you arrive in a beautiful rural mansion, with a garden so big, it's rather a parc.
Unlucky us, they were just burning some stuff at the end of the parkingplace, the fire was almost out, but the odor kept us from having a seat in the garden. And at the pool most of the chairs were full of birds droppings. Aah ....

Small room, but comfortable. Available in different colours. In our case, all in soft green, even the lighting. Weird feeling, funny, playful. We liked it.

Host's were not so talkative, but therefore a sensation of peacefulness or calmness was felt, which was very nice.

The bed was soft, even with a very little dent in the matress, but I slept wonderfull and woke up completely refreshed. So dents are a good thing, haha!

Very good breakfast, even with a slice of ham and cheese.

Altogether surely worth it's price.

B&B with funny green room

Stayed overnight.  House very attractive from outside.  Pleasant garden with pool but did not use pool.    Pleasant hostess.  Room ok clean but thought room could really do with make over - not very tastefully decorated.  Breakfast average, stay not bad just ok, expected more for price.
