A good place to spend the night. Special to experience this at Gisela and Bruno's home. The hospitality of Gisela and Bruno is good. Nice and pleasant people. Bedrooms are spacious. Parking space directly next to the house. I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very nice hospitality

Quirky place for a stopover, a few rooms in a very French style rural home. The host and hostess could not have been more friendly and welcoming, although they speak very little English. Got sent off with a bag of home grown fruit and vegetables. Lovely views and walks along the canal tow path. Great breakfast. Would definately use again.

Very French B&B

stopover stay travelling from Spain, we found this on Booking.com.I didn't want a motel or tourist type hotel, I wanted a proper French b&b in a village and that's what we got. It was a room for 4, we had our child and my mother travelling with us . The room has it's own entrance and was on 2 levels, the downstairs had a 4 poster bed with sofa and table, upstairs on the mezzanine was another double bed with the bathroom that had a shower, so we each had our privacy . It was very charming and our kid absolutely loved it. The welcome was very friendly and put us at ease immediately, we were shown where to park our car and given a quick tour of the place and where we could go for a lovely riverside walk. They were very kind to our little one who was very sad to leave. They picked cherries and wild strawberries for us, gave us wine, beer and juice on our arrival and let us unwind on the terrace. Breakfast was simple with home made jams, variety of breads, home made cake , and was delicious. We couldn't fault any part of this stay , we got up the next morning and picked a few cherries for our journey, it was just so nice, it is a place we will return to if we come to this part of the world . Quaint Rustic French Charm

We visited here as a stop over on our way to the south of France. It is situated a few miles from the Motorway in a quiet little village. I drove past to turn round and park on the road and Gisele our hostess was there waiting to greet us and direct us into the small car park. Our room was on the ground floor with en suite shower and toilet. We were offered a drink as no in room facilities were provided on the terrace. Gisele was keen to practice her English as she sat and chatted with us. This was cheaper than many French chain stop over hotels with a much better breakfast included next morning including meats, cheese, fresh bread etc. again served on the terrace. A canal and of course the river Cher are very close and pleasant for a walk. There is a restaurant and pizzeria in the village if you don't want to go to Vierzon to eat. The loss of five stars were for little points only such as a much thicker quilt than necessary supplied and the bed could be more comfortable.

Charming B&B 

We were on the way to Paris and we stoped there taking into account the comment (one) in trip advisor. It was not really the best idea. The private house rents rooms (two) which does not have privacity since the room door communicates with the rest of the house. Additionally the other room door (directly to the street) was not possible to close. So we need to move a sofa to be able to lock it. I must say that the owner prepared a good breakfast in its own kitchen. I would never recommend this place.
