I stop always 1 night on a road trip.
Well maintained hotel (not always the case with this brand), hard to find this standards for the asked price.
My only complaint would be for very loud housekeeping (not so early but if you advertise the ability to keep the room until noon...)
Very easy to access.
Not much to do or eat in Sochaux, better drive to Montbeliard or Audincourt (few minutes drives)

3rd visit there

If you want a very basic place to sleep this is fine. The hotel is clean and modern, next to the main road. The main thing I disliked were the shared facilities. Both the toilets and the showers were very small plastic cubicles.
The breakfast was worth having and very good value with corn flakes, juice, croissant, etc.
There are no restaurants in the immediate area. I had a good meal at the Hotel Arianis, about ten minutes walk away.

Good value

With us were accommodated the students (about 10 people) from Germany. We were accommodeted on one floor with them. We were three families with two small children. The German students began to drink a lot of alcoholic drinks at 9 p.m. and finish at 6:00 a.m. next day morning. The did big noise for all night. The staff of this hotel did nothing to repair this situaion. This situation was realy very annoyingly. David Vojacek

NOTE

I booked with refund in case of cancellation.
I canceled the reservation before the cancellation deadline and they charged me the money anyway.
I made the claim but they did not return the money.
For two months I have been sending emails to the customer service of the AccorHotels chain.
They respond to me that it has been a mistake on their part but they have not returned the money.
