Villa 13 is a few minutes walk from the railway station. We had Jade apartment on the first floor. It is a beautiful modern apartment- it had everything you needed including a really nice welcome pack with teas coffees and cake! It was very quiet with the shutters closed even though it is next to the road and railway line. The shower room was huge and lovely fluffy towels, face cloths and robes were supplied. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast every day and some evenings had a meal in the apartment and we found all the pans, cooking utensils needed including napkins. We stayed for eight nights and it was very well placed to the centre of Limoges and walking everywhere was very accessible. The only problem we had was getting the codes to get into the apartment . It is necessary to go to the shoe shop through the arch beside the Villa building. There was no information regarding this on the documentation from Booking .com.

A great place to stay

Was a bit surprised to be told to get keys from a shoe shop but straightforward in reality Had the two smaller rooms which had more than enough space. Very modern stylishly furnished. Marketed as an apart hotel which I think is wrong. There is no one on site once the shops shuts and there is no communal space. It was not a problem for us but might for others. Gorgeous shower room with nice toiletries. Also found it odd to have no milk.very close to station which is a bit of a mixed area. Could park outdone since it was a Saturday night for free. 

Found Limoges an odd place. There on a Saturday night in July and the whole place felt deserted. Hardly anyone around.

Stylish spacious accommodation

Stayed for 2 nights. There are 4 apartments at Villa 13. It is situated near the station and is between the two distinct parts of the city. 
Plus points. Beautifully decorated and more spacious than a hotel room. Added advantage of a well equipped kitchen area, including fridge. We couldn't quite understand why there's cutlery, glasses and plates for 6 in a one double bed apartment! The king sized bed was very comfortable? The walk in shower is huge! 
Minus points. Street side parking only, with metres that are confusing. No milk provided to go with the provided tea and coffee and no supermarket anywhere near. No bottle opener in a drawer fully equipped with cooking utensils.

Spacious and stylish mini apartment.

I booked on line without knowing anything about Limoges. Luckily we arrived mid afternoon and were able to check in via the shoe shop, and have a personal escort to our room. If we had not arrived before 7pm, we had been given codes etc which would have been ok. (The shoe shop was great, by the way!). One disadvantage was that our room was on the second floor and being over 60, this is not great. Also it was exceptionally hot, so later in the evening we opened all windows and had our fan on to get cooler, and being beside the train station was quite noisy. 
On the other hand, the room was very spacious and well appointed. A nice little kitchen and a super big modern bathroom with separate toilet. The absolute best, was the very comfortable bed.

Modern, spacious and value for money. 

We had a large and small apartment. The decor and equipment were really attractive. The showers were fantastic. Pity there is no dishwasher. The other issue is the apartment looks onto the main railway terminus. We would recommend a visit to these impressive apartments which are located within an easy walk to town. The only issue is the noise if you want the windows open for fresh air, there are many long noisy trains passing outside. If the shutters and the double glazed doors are shut there is little noise but you are then reliant on a noisy dyson fan.
