Luzech is a beautiful idyllic village. The property is gorgeous and just far away enough to feel surrounded by nature. Morris and Chris are kind and contentious hosts. Amanda is the master gardner who, in addition to offering biodynamic gardening classes, curates the property’s organic garden. From the property many day trips are planned including Toulouse, Cahors, Sarlat-la-Canéda, and Montinac

Beautiful land!

What an incredible place to stay! Lovely extended wooded grounds and gardens, a really good swimming pool with lovely views and beautiful house. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. The room had self catering facilitates which worked very well for us as we didn't have a car and there wasn't a restaurant open nearby on the day we were there.

A lovely place with fantastic gardens and pool

We have stayed in the Domaine Peyrou last Friday, and we enjoyed this lovely B&B. Janine must be proud of her lovely Maison despite the rain and the temperature these days. The quiet location and the vineyard round there, were more incredible than expected. It was like staying in the Provence in the Russell Crowe film “A good year”.   

Her breakfast it was easy but the greatest in our trip these days; her homemade jams were so wonderful!! And the room was so lightfull and quiet!. 

We would be glad to stay again in her Maison during summer season, as it must be very different.

A lovely Stay

Just want to say a big thank you to Neinke and Martin for yet another wonderful stay in the studio. We love the four poster bed and the large double ended bath. We love our own BBQ area and the fact you can walk into Lezech and get everything you need. The park is beautiful and a credit to all the hard work it must take to keep these gardens. Every time we visit we find a different treat, this time it was the cherry trees, last time, figs, walnuts and chestnuts. I will recommend to all my friends and can't wait to return. The pool and the tennis courts are all well maintained. Location you don't have far to drive to visit many vineyards  (we visited a few)

Our 3rd stay at Le Peyrou

We rented the "Gardener's house" for a week. We had a good time. The apartment is clean, the kitchen well equipped (except for the dullness of the knives), we had nice terrace with BBQ. The grounds of Le Peyrou are magnificent, the pool is fantastic, especially for little children. It's not heated, in the morning it felt like the owners put ice-cubes in it during the night!
At night it is very quiet, one can hear the water falling from the dam in the river Lot. 
I did have to get used to the fact that we had to bring our own sheets and towels, perhaps that is normal in France, I am not used to it. Because I forgot to take it we rented it.
One minor criticism is the quality of the beds.... that could be better!
If we ever return to this region I would surely return to this place (bringing my own sheets and towels??!).
O yes, and....  there is wifi everywhere (except for at the pool, but who needs wifi at the pool, right??).

Relaxed stay with nice pool close to the Lot

If you're looking for a nice place to stay with your family - a lot of people or just a few - this is the place. It is amazing, with a beautiful pool, a tennis court, swings!
I really like this place. It's so beautiful! We're staying in an apartment next to the main house. Even though we're just with the three of us, it's very spacious!! There's a big living room and it has an amazing balcony, with a view over the vineyards and the hills. There's a few doors which don't close well and some little things could be improved a little, but they're not really a problem.
The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Same thing as for the bathrooms. Maybe a little spider web here and there on the high ceiling, but I don't really mind.
Maybe just one thing about the bedrooms: more electricity sockets would be good. I haven't been able to find any, so I'm taking the lights out and using those. 
There's s lot of outside facilities to recreate: a swimming pool, a tennis court, swings, a big garden with fruit trees! It's a public pool, so there's often people at the pool, but that is nice, having some good company!
The pool is amazing; there's an amazing view, a pick-nick table, chairs, etc. The pool itself itself is big and clean. Very nice!
There's no breakfast included, but there's a supermarket very close by for the area (about 2 kilometers, which is roughly 7 minutes by car).
I definitely recommend this place. I really have enjoyed my stay here.

Really nice!

We stayed in the main manor and found our accommodation spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The grounds were lovely and we enjoyed opening our large windows in the mornings to enjoy the views. Made great use of the swimming pool, located so it captures the sun all day long. We found Nienke very helpful, advising us of good places to visit and really enjoyed her home grown produce which she kindly shared with us.

In summary a smashing house and setting that we would certainly recommend to family and friends.
