i think back of last summer and wish i could come again! it was a wonderful stay & looking at how things have been developing, chateau d’epenoux only gets better! my love to django, your wonderful dog!

little paradise

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend in the Romantic room and it was fantastic. The chateau is a lovely place to stay and Mario and Pascale's presence make you feel at home from the moment you meet. 

The room was lovely, spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and fresh and even the dining place was beautiful and spotless. 

Being able to take a walk around the garden and have some refreshment in the swimming pool during the hot, sunny hours of the day was a great plus. In the end we didn't even feel like leaving :)

Beautiful place - amazing people

We stayed one night as we were visiting family in the area and wish it could have been longer. We were lodged in the main house and could not believe the size of the rooms and the quality of the appointments. The beds are fantastic and the bathrooms are modern, well-maintained and very large.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast, as well as the excellent hosts.

Wonderful Experience at the Chateau

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 kids.
We spent a night in Chateau d'Epenoux on our way back home.
It was a lovely step.
The swimming pool is very warm and so pleasant after a long car trip...
The garden is giant - plenty of space for kids to run around.
Very few bugs to disturb a relaxing afternoon/evening. 
The restaurant just closed is amazing.
The rooms are giant and very clean, there is a microwave downstairs accessible for baby bottles, everybody is very nice, and the breakfast is lovely.
My only reserve is that it is a little noisy when windows are open (as it was the case for us because of very warm weather outside).
Altogether, it was an amazing experience, and I strongly recommend it to anyone - I would even have loved to stay longer!

Very nice

Just a one night stop driving between Italy and Calais, what a beautiful chateau! it has been renovated to such a high standard by the owners who themselves are always on hand, helpful and charming ladies. The room are massive as was the bathroom. All I can say is that of all the chateau's i have stayed in this is the one i will return to.

Elegant and charming Chateau

Firstly, the staff is more than horrible. The two ladies that run this place are purely rude. Rooms are amazing though so it's really a shame that these two nutters are there. I would really urge people staying away from this place. Checkout is at 12 but the crazy ladies shouted that everybody have to leave their rooms at 11 and that we should clean the rooms.
