The location and swimming pool.

What was bad

Hotel services are extremelly bad. The worse: lack of cleaning in the rooms. We should have our room cleaned daily but it was not: one day they forgot (even we advise 3 times) and they offered a bottle of wine as compensation, saying that it was the first day and job of the worker. We understood as an error. But also rest of the days, just beds were arranged. The rest was not cleaned. The bathroom and toilet were not touched during all the week. We took some photos as example. Even we claim, we were said that cleaning was revised and all was correctly done, but it is not true. No compensation in a rental of 250 euros per day! We have also more details: wine prices are incorrect in the room paper. A bottle of 6.50 euros was charged 20. Sewing kit was offered as a service and they send us to the supermarket to buy it... In the invoice, breakfast was charged double... So, hotel is nice but service is a total disaster.
