What a great campsite! This was our first experience of family camping in France, and this was our first campsite and it has set the bar high! It is a lovely quiet campsite, after 10/11 at night the campsite was silent which was amazing. The pitches are nice and flat, and good ground for pitching a tent.

The facilities for the campsite are excellent, there is takeaway restaurant (where you can order bread for the next day and pick it up in the morning), there is a pool - which was essential in the summer heat, and the toilet/washing block was very clean.

The campsite is ideally located for a trip to Disney (30 minute drive), and would be ideal for a day trip into Paris as well! 

There isn't much in the small town near by, Touquin, a bakery, a small small, and a Tabac, but there is a larger supermarket about a 15 minute drive away.

After staying for 5 nights, we were moving on to a campsite in Paris city itself, and I really regret doing that, rather than staying another 3 nights at Camping County Park.

The only downside to this campsite, and I mean the only thing, was that as a tent camper, there was no facility for fridge hire, or a space in a fridge-freezer for us to store our own food and drinks - however the restaurant very kindly did freeze our ice packs for our cool box. If there was fridge-freezer hire, or a fridge-freezer room or something, then that would be perfect!

I would more than happily come back and stay at this campsite again if I was in the Paris area!

Excellent Family Campsite near Disneyland

we went to this campsite in the summer of 2020. It was the first summer during covid. The rules were kept neatly but still we could really have a holiday. It is a small campsite, nice swimming pool, nice staff and a beautiful mobile home! Disneyland was half an hour away.
Provins is worth a visit.

amazing campground

Stayed here in July and had a wonderful stay. Having stayed on site at Disney and centre parcs Village hotel in the past, we were looking for something a little cheaper but just as convenient. This place is a very easy drive  to Disney. A straight road practically. And for the price you can’t knock this place. Super friendly staff. Very warm welcome. Knowledgeable and helpful about everything. Great English which helped so much as I don’t speak any French. Cold beers at night, fresh bread delivery in the morning. Soft play, trampolines and swimming pool for cooling down in after a hard day in the park. We were nestled in the trees.... I loved this place. Thanks a for a lovely stay.

Brilliant place for Disney and more

Hi there we have recently returned from here and we have to say what a brilliant site it's a small family run site with a pool cafe/bar and a takeaway on site a park indoor play area and some fantastic fishing we booked through canvas holidays 
I really can't fault the camp lovely and clean and ideal for families as in the rules it state that it's quiet after 11pm which is great you are about 15 minutes to the nearest supermarket 30 minutes to Disney Land and 45 minutes to Paris the owners speak very good English we can't wait to return next year very happy customers for life now 

Brilliant Camp site 

We had a fabulous holiday here in July. The owners were very helpful with my request for a shaded site because the weather was so hot. The facilities are ideal for a family with younger children. We have two girls 5 & 7 and they thoroughly enjoyed the entire site. We’ll be back in 2020 for a longer stay.

Lovely Campsite

I've been to this site 5 times since 2006 first two visits with our own tent and the last three with canvas caravans. Always a warm welcome from the owners. The caravans for the price you pay are great with good cooking facilities, fridge, shower and decking outside. Great base for Disney and Val d'Europe for the Paris metro. Also a bit further North of Paris there is Parc Astrix which our group prefers to go than Disney. We are planning on coming back here in 2021 hopefully.

IDEAL FOR PARIS

This site is a bit different to our usual French caravan site. It was the first time we had been abroad without the kids so wanted a quieter site that was ideally placed for visiting typically French places. The journey from Calais was very straight forward with only one toll road (£20 each way). The site is 2.5km from the nearest town with a shop that had everything we needed. There is no shop on site but the main reception/bar sells essentials and you can pre order bread. We had a walk around the site and it is clean and well laid out without overcrowding. There is a pool with slide, ball pool, football arena and play area but I think the site is more suitable for pre teens. There is a takeaway on site that we used and the food was good with friendly service. Provins nearby was a great place to visit. Sophie the site owner happily sorted out Disney tickets for us. Disney is 25 mins away and it is an easy journey. At 10pm the site was silent and we sat on the caravan decking listening to the wildlife watching the stars, so peaceful. Overall this site was exactly what we wanted and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Lovely quiet site

We've had a lovely 11 nights at this campsite. Decent sized pitch. Lots of things for kids to do. The soft play and swimming pool have been a huge hit with all 3 of them (3-13yrs old). Quiet and safe campsite. Facilities have been good and clean and not busy. The slide in the swimming pool is a great touch and has been well used by us. Decent takeaway food available in the evenings in high season which has been a god send on some days (bar also). Really close to Disneyland (approx 30 mins) and only and hour from Paris. Would also recommend a trip to Provins for the Legend of the Knight show (Brilliant fun). Owners are friendly and speak very good English. With being less than 4hrs from Calais we will definitely be back. Sad to leave.

Lovely quiet campsite

This is our second year running
here, however this time we booked direct with the Sophie and Olivia. Such a better experience from start to finish. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and the Caravan was beautiful and very clean. Perfect large pitch on the site. 
The park itself is lovely, enough for children to do and peaceful at the same time. My children were older this year and Its so safe for them to go off and play with friends. Sophie and Olivia (and joy) make you feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to offer a smile or helpful advice. You can order fresh bread, croissants and doughnuts for the morning and bar sells some handy essentials. Take away on site does a nice selection at a reasonable price.
Location is ideal , 25 mins from Disney and 15 mins to local supermarket. 
We will be back again soon!

Lovely holiday!

We stayed as a family of five over Easter 2019.  This was our second visit to this site as we had stayed for two weeks in August 2018. The site is a family friendly, low key and quiet campsite. 

We stayed with Canvas and the two Reps this time were fantastic and very friendly.  We stayed in the same mobile we had in August and it was at the rear of the campsite overlooking the fields.  It was a spacious plot and the mobile is very well equipped.  

At this time of the year the pool and take away was not open.  But we were well aware of that before we arrived.  Having used these facilities in the summer season it only adds to the Campsite. There is a shop for basics and you can order fresh bread at night to collect the next morning. You can also buys drinks etc at the bar. There is play parks on site and great trampoline play area.  It was also very positive to see the owners have invested on the site and have nearly completed a massive soft play area and extended sites. 

We mainly used the accommodation as a base for Disney having bought annual passports.  It is 20-25 minute drive and an easy drive. It was great to come back to the calmness of this campsite after the busy parks. The nearby village of Touquin only has a couple of small shops, we did go to the Boulungerie was really nice.  For main shopping we went to the Le Clerc Supermarket in Coulumiers, it is only a 10 minute drive and has everything you need, with take aways including McDonalds beside it.

Overall highly recommend this campsite and would certainly return.
