Spent two nights at hotel. Perfect base to explore during the day and relax in the evening. The rooms were actually chalets. Room and en suite bathroom very spacious,clean, well presented. Bed very comfortable. Linen, towels provided and good quality. Room was air conditioned and there was a little fridge. Very handy. Outside you could relax on your own private patio with a view of the bridge. Peaceful, great views. 
We ate an evening meal at hotel. Really enjoyed, tasty food and local to area. Bar and outside seating very nice too. 
Staff all very helpful and happy to help you. There is nothing not too like.
Thank you for a wonderful stay. When in the area again will always stay here.

been coming here for years always first class service i had lots of problems with a car incident last april the staff were above and beyond the call of duty   we know and trust this resort and will keep returning till my cancer takes me well done domaine esteve           johnny & and jane walker

best holidays ever

Little wooden chalets set in the hillside above Millau. The beauty of the area is breathtaking. The chalets are lovely, very clean, surprisingly roomy. We would have liked a kettle and maybe some plates etc as it was bliss sat on the veranda to eat. Great staff, lovely breakfast. Dimitri in the bar IS the very best at making sure you have all you need.

Beautiful setting

Stayed in one of the chalets du tarn, simple accommodation but with everything needed and a lovely view of the countryside. Excellent value for money, with the advantage of the hotel pool and facilities. We spent lovely evenings relaxing on the veranda with wonderful views. Staff were excellent, I emailed to extend my booking and they could not have been more helpful. We would certainly stay here again

Wonderful peaceful place to stay

It's a beautiful place with amazing views. Pool was inviting, cabins fully equipped including air conditioning. There was a confusion with our billing which was eventually well handled by the manageress. It was a situation that was initially uncomfortable but she rapidly rectified the situation and made us feel well cared for and listened to. Well done, we  will come again!

A good experience

Had a week in a lovely chalet, great view of the paragliders landing. We were at the bottom of the site, and it was a bit of a hill to the pool.
So you need to be pretty fit or use your car.

The chalet had every you needed if you wanted to eat in or entertain. My daughter and family go every year and love it.

Loved it

We loved the surroundings and the set up of the rooms. We found the bed lovely and comfortable and the terrace was a delight to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Millau on. 

We found the receptionist very friendly and he spoke excellent English. We would have loved more time here, but we would pay extra to have a room with more of a view over the bridge, as the whole area was scenic and peaceful. Lovely shower, really liked that we had a fridge as well.

There was no kettle in the room. (Not that we could find anyway) But that is it really for any negatives!

Lovely location.

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting the area and would definitely recommend this hotel. So peaceful and a wonderful location with fantastic views of the viaduct and the surrounding beautiful countryside.
Be aware that the facilities on site aren’t plentiful - no lunch except in the summer peak - bar only open for limited time and a very small menu for evening meals. 
Rooms would benefit from a kettle as the nearest place is really a drive away if you feel in need of a hot drink.

Unique location and “hotel”

We had two nights here, en route to Spain, as we wanted to explore this wonderful area again.
Starting with the good things - it’s in a wonderful position and gives fabulous views ( including of the stunning Millau bridge ).  There’s a very good pool, a bar and the chalet accommodation has a fridge, which was really useful.
Given these things it could be fabulous.
However, the whole place felt tired, neglected and in need of some care & attention. On top of this it also seemed desperately under-staffed, especially in the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast.
We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights rather than having the hassle of finding other restaurants after long days.
The food was decidedly average, good salads were the highlight, the dinner menu was very limited and only one of the mains changed over our two nights.
A cat was left to roam the restaurant and a number of times it jumped onto tables before they’d been cleared.
Breakfast was very average.
The chalet we had felt worn out, with a tiny bathroom, poor shower, and a phone that didn’t work in the two days we were there (we were told there was a technical fault and none of the phones worked).  On top of this there was no maid service in the rooms at all.  That came as a surprise.
The lighting from the restaurant back to the chalets was largely non-existent and could be quite dangerous.
Overall, not impressed but the location was great, hence three stars not two.

Could be and should be so much better

The room was great value for money - modern and clean. Room was not very big, as said in other reviews, but we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in it (the time we were sat at the room we made use of the nice big terrace) and for the price it was great.

The photo with the big picture window and stone walls is somewhat misleading as it turned out to be a separate building for private hire and not for general guest use.

The only real let down was the restaurant. Lovely place to sit and look at the view of the Millau Viaduct over a glass of wine but the food was distinctly average for the price.

All in all, good value for money (I’d rather a cheap room be small than run down) but would recommend taking the short drive into Millau for dinner.
